Shivan - with all due love and respect, I would hardly call these videos "simple" but I know exactly where you're coming from. There is hardly any editing but the visual images are richly layered and at times quite symbolic. I find them a most satisfying visual experience. The composition of the images are a joy to behold and of course the main feature - Luke's music - makes for an interesting and most satifying tapestry for both the eye and the ear. :))

Rappers, like "Lil Pump" or "Lil Xan" and a list of others I cannot name currently, produce "music" that will only last a few minutes, in history, these productions are made with complex ideas and large numbers of crew members just to hide the fact that they have no talent, that they have no place in this world unfortunately. But this is not their fault that maybe an environment they were raised in did not benefit them in certain areas of their lives. Also, who am I to judge. Sorry, I went off-topic, I am sure you understand that comparing Mr Faulkner's videos with the majority of music videos, they seem so plain, this also has some beauty I love and appreciate deeply. This one seems different, more forceful in a way. Combined with the name of the song, I feel like a veteran adventurer standing on the prow of a ship sailing towards the exotic east on an epic quest. Alongside your skill in music, you also have a good storytelling instinct. Everything from the title to the visuals adds up to say something. You leverage every aspect of your performance well.

This cinematography is on another level, it truly is some of the best I've ever seen, it reminds me a bit of Barry Lyndon, and it truly captures the English atmosphere, with the perfect lighting, weather, angles, and views of the landscapes, this is close to the style of cinematography I wish to have.
