I loved this, especially the colors you used. Would you mind telling me what the colors were, I'd like to do a pour with these same colors. This is beautiful. I liked # 2, with smaller cells.

They were all neat in totally different ways! I really enjoyed the face off! Since you asked me to choose though, I'd say my favourite would be the Artist's Loft
The artist loft had beautiful cells. Was my favorite. The ogx was an explosion! Would be fun at times! Not a fan of the coconut oil. Very good experiment
Hi Sara. Thanks for this post .I’m new to cells and this fun stuff. I’m wondering if you put anything in the paint beforehand or if you just used it right from the bottles or tubes. Thanks
I mix my paints with Floetrol and water. For craft paints, like the small cheap bottles, I do about a 50:50 mix of paint to Floetrol. I then add water to make it thin enough for what I'm doing, usually not a lot. For the tube paints like Liquitex Basics, I'll do a 1/3 paint to 2/3 Floetrol, I'll add water from there. I also add a few drops of silicone to my paints to get some better cells. Since the paints are water based, the oil rises to the top. Like salad dressing lol. I also use a torch to bring it to the surface. I know this is long winded but I really hope it helps 🤗💜
How long did the coconut oil take to dry? And did it mold or anything like that since it's organic oil? By the way all three are awesome in there own way!!
In regards to your first question, it dried just the same. I'll post a picture of them on Facebook page since they've been dry for about year. If its was going to mold, we'll find out lol

Wow....what exactly is Ogs oil? That had soooo many cells. Its crazy. That corner was beautiful. Great experiment 👍
I get it at Walmart.. It's Argan Oil of Morroco. The brand is OGX. Thank you the question Vicki 🤗💜
@@SarasAbstractExpressions thank you
I think the Artists Loft and OGX are the better ones. My favorite was the OGX one.
Thank you Jane 🤗💜 I'm still torn between which one is my favorite
I bought silicone oil and it NEVER makes cells. Should I just try to find silicone?
What kind of silicone did you get and what are your paint consistencies like?
