Fable 1 was immense, fable 2 imo better gameplay, graphics and customisation wise yes but storyline wise hell no 1 had by far the best storyline and 3 was just average imo.

It's crazy insane yet good story creating on how the games connect mostly because of Theresa. SPOIL ALERT FYI. In Fable The Journey, Theresa tells you after the defeat of a Jack of Blades, she searched for answers on a way to end any evil ever happening to anyone again. She ends up in Summarkand and studies in the great libraries when she learns of the 1st Spire, which was destroyed by the great heroes of the Old Kingdom by closing a rift that brought an evil force known as the Corruption. This is when she comes up will the idea to rebuild it and use it to rid Albion of all evil. She returns to Albion to set her plan in motion using Lord Lucian Fairfaxs daughter and wife deaths to convince him to rebuild the Spire to bring them back. However, he becomes corrupt and wants to change Albion into something unrecognizable. Theresa then realizes she must stop him from doing this, thus brings Sparrow aka Hero of Bowerstone to stop him and get revenge for him killing his sister Rose. Finally, Sparrow kills Lucian and the Spire is now under Theresas control and it also gave her the power to see all futures, not just glimpses. She tells Sparrow here that his or her child will save Albion and Aurora This child will be the Hero of Brightwall in Fable 3. Save from what, the Crawler/Darkness which is the evil in Fable 3. 50 years later in Fable 3, Sparrow is now dead and the hero in that one is the child Theresa is mentioning in this vision. Then in Fable The Journey which is 50 years later from Fable 3, heroes are no longer around. The reconstruction of the 2nd Spire caused a rift to open between Albion and the Void, which is a dark evil place of horrible beings, just like what happened from the 1st Spire, 1000 or more years even before Fable 1. Her attempts to remove evil from Albion unleashed the worse of all, known as the Corruption along with The Temptress and The Corruptor. She finds a dweller named Gabriel who in the end becomes the new Seer as Theresa is considered to have sacrificed herself when making a wish which ultimately explodes the Spire and closes the Void and ends the Corruption. Some of this may throw you off but if you have played all 4 games from first to last as well as watching a video called Theresas Story here on RUclips, it says alot of what I said. my point is the storyline of these games and the VERY importance of Theresas role is just mind blowinggggg!
What I dont like about fable 3 is the darkness, there are literally 3 gods of darkness in fable 2 and we got that fucking weird ass lookin creature in the ending of fable 3

Not really. Logan had good intentions; he was trying to protect Albion by making small sacrifices for the bigger picture. Logan didn't want to seize the spire and turn the world of Albion into something unrecognizable.
good signs that you played fable for the sweet story/npc logical reactions... you wanted fable 1 to be more..... you hade fun with fable 2..... you hated the overgrown ingame shop desguised as fable 3.. the sweet plot conclusion of fable the journy might make you buy the sale promoting anvenesery hd releases.. aand you migth have learned , for evry time the dev of this stumbles over a diamond , so is half the stuff he praises complete garbege

He says he gets them from his Anonymous source, and as we learn later, as we get the Tattered Spire model, Murgo said that his *Source* wanted to bring this to you, the hero. What if, And hear me out, what if Teresa wanted the spire for a different purpose. It is sad to know that his "Source" brung him the Music box that started his journey, though that killed rose with it. THEORY!

This scene always had a little bit extra weight to it. Being the king in truth, not just a silly title. The subjects saying long live the king, and the last one echoing like a grand little moment. I always liked this one.

What choice did you make on the main quest? I hear there are multiple versions of the future based on this...i only finished with my 3rd hero who picked wealth I got this same ending

i recently finished this game and i loved every single bits of it. however the only thing i didnt like is that how they just completely forgot about fable: the lost chapters events and places like witchwood arena, bargate prison, fire heart in hook coast and the ship of drowned, the northern wastes and the bronze gate where we fight the jack as dragon. And it is also a shame we didnt get a single reference about jack of blades and the sword of aeons in the story he had so much aura in the first fable game

From what I know of, Aurora is going to be the next continent that Fable will take place. As for the king and his son, I do not know anything other than that (I believe) the son of the king is your character's son/daughter and that the next Fable circles around your child.

What I don't understand is that she is saying that the hero in this games child will become a hero ( if im not mistaken ) and will rule the fate of aurora which is referencing to fable 3 ( when you tell the fate of aurora :P). But in fable 3 it says that the dad is the hero...but if the dad is the hero it must mean they are talking about our character in fable 2, but what if you played as a girl? It doesn't really make sense....
+Grace Doden They randomly assign father or mother when you play Fable 3. I've played through the game twice, once with the hero being the mother, once with the hero being the father, and I was a girl both times. I didn't play Fable 2, so I don't know if that affects the outcome.

So far, I've enjoyed the three games and the stories that they offer. I'm not too sure if it was a good idea to make a kinect game but I would love to see a fable that goes into deeper detail about the void.
Yeah I don't have Fable 2 because theres no port, but for Xbox it would suck if your evil in FAble 2 and in Fable 3 they tell about the great hero king who was noble and awesome and good and stuff. also after your king, theres still paintings and drawing of logal all over bowerstone, wish they took the effort to make em change into statues of YOU
Making your character king felt so shoehorned. It wasnt even a full DLC to show your rise to the throne, it was a quick add on to link the two games. I personally wouldve liked it if your son became the king and then he was the father of the hero from Fable 3. Let the Hero of Bowerstone have his own tale and set the foundations for the future king. It wouldve been a better legacy in my opinion.

From what I know of, Aurora is going to be the next continent that Fable will take place. As for the king and his son, I do not know anything other than that (I believe) the son of the king is your character's son/daughter and that the next Fable circles around your child.

Well, that's your opinion dude, and by the way, I have played Fable 1 and the lost chapters and still Fable 2 is my favorite, also, I never said that Fable 2 was the best, I just said that it is my favorite Fable, still I can't believe you're saying it sucks, IT IS FANTASTIC!!! @fanmbv31 in fable 1 theresa is your sister and you save albion and have a baby which leads to fable 2 and your suposed to save to people from the spier and be good then you have a baby then fable 3 and unlike the others you cant just make majic come out of your hands you have to have that glove and you know the rest and for fable 4 its unknown but basicly its just the heros son or daughter from the last game so its th blood line
all i know about fable four is what i hear in the office at lion head stouides it is about your father one of the most powerfull evil demon who was traped away by a hero you can free your father with yur older brother or fight you brother with the heros son there would be 2 endings u fighting ur brother to stop him or freeing your father. that is the basic story line we got

What I don't understand is that she is saying that the hero in this games child will become a hero ( if im not mistaken ) and will rule the fate of aurora which is referencing to fable 3 ( when you tell the fate of aurora :P). But in fable 3 it says that the dad is the hero...but if the dad is the hero it must mean they are talking about our character in fable 2, but what if you played as a girl? It doesn't really make sense....
wen i was a girl in fabel 2 it afected fabel 3 and said queen instead of king weird but awsome!
+Grace Doden They randomly assign father or mother when you play Fable 3. I've played through the game twice, once with the hero being the mother, once with the hero being the father, and I was a girl both times. I didn't play Fable 2, so I don't know if that affects the outcome.
+TheTinkerThorn I still done get it. I think it's just because they can't make the game based on your choices in fable 2 so they just chose a king. It's just a bit weird when you think of itbut oh well

@dugbug778 i knew the fable 1,2, and 3 heros were all realited, i knew, it but what was the fate of the fable 1 hero, and when lord lucien shoots you after ur dog blocked the bullet, what was the place you went to, it was a place where rose and u were on a farm, and when it hit night you heard the music box, and on the road you saw bodies, rubble and flames, what was that?
So far, I've enjoyed the three games and the stories that they offer. I'm not too sure if it was a good idea to make a kinect game but I would love to see a fable that goes into deeper detail about the void.
Yeah I don't have Fable 2 because theres no port, but for Xbox it would suck if your evil in FAble 2 and in Fable 3 they tell about the great hero king who was noble and awesome and good and stuff. also after your king, theres still paintings and drawing of logal all over bowerstone, wish they took the effort to make em change into statues of YOU
Making your character king felt so shoehorned. It wasnt even a full DLC to show your rise to the throne, it was a quick add on to link the two games.
I personally wouldve liked it if your son became the king and then he was the father of the hero from Fable 3. Let the Hero of Bowerstone have his own tale and set the foundations for the future king. It wouldve been a better legacy in my opinion.
