If you change the Xbox clock to 2005, boot up the game, save and quit, set to clock to the latest date, and start up the game all of your businesses will act as if years passed and grant you all that money you would have received. It only works if you play offline since playing with the Xbox connected to LIVE makes the clock automatically set to the correct time. You can get millions in literally 10 minutes this way if you own all the stores and houses.
