My narcissitic therapist smiled and asked me WHY, when I told her I was so confused as to who I was. I quit her after two more sessions. It was my gut reaction at thet tme and I followed it. After watching so many of YOUR videos, I now know why! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Danielle!!!

I'd like to give a shoutout to the scientific method and critical thinking classes, for giving us a head start in these habits/ methods. Very anti-BS, I love it.
But yes, having gone to my chat records has helped me a lot when dealing with this person that loved to guilt-trip me and then make some strong false accusations to guilt trip me further. Great tips
