Yes, Paradox is one of if not, my favorite Yu-Gi-Oh! villain! Because of him I got to see Yugi, Jaden and Yusei meet and fight him together using their individual iconic aces Dark Magician, Elemental Hero Neos and Stardust Dragon, my personal fav! He should return and seek revenge for himself and his comrades causing Yuma and Yuya to join the fray!

One of my disappointement in 5ds was precisely Paradox. He only appeared in BBT (whom is later revealed to be canon to 5ds, in the final arc) and that's it! It was clumsy to set the movie before season 5 because producers could not reveal too much about Zone plans at that time so that's unfortunately why Paradox lacks devellopement (compared to Antinomy and Aporia)! I wished Zone somehow revived him then Yusei has a flashback EXPLICITELY showing Judai and Yugi...then a duel between Aporia and Paradox who would later join 5d's...then Zone would beat his two former friends he tought betrayed him. That would be fair to me!
seems like Sherry took his place on the Arc Cradle. She has a similar black and white outfit when she joins Yliaster. Would have been cool if Aki and Crow tag dueled Sherry and Paradox

to be fair in the anime time line Pegasus did survive his duel with Bakura as evidence by his appearance in the first movie, Waking the dragons and 2 times in GX was to warne for the light of destruction and the outer time to created rainbow dragon.

My favorite villain has to be Shark/Nash just because of the irony of the situation realizing your one of the people you are fighting to defeat, though its arguable hes more of a tragic hero than a villain, Vector/Ray would be my second choice, because crazy is pretty fun to watch.

Well Sinful and Malefic are pretty interchangeable, they mean similar things. Plus, I kiiiinda prefer the Term Malefic, as it slides off the tongue better. At least to a fast speaker like me.
How I think Paradox got all of the dragons: First after he stole Stardust from Yusei, and went to GX. He woulda had the Malefic Paradox, Truth, Parallel Gear, and Stardust dragon. First I assume he went to Zane, and summoned Malefic Stardust. I’d say Zane probably used Power Bond to summoned Cyber End Dragon, destroy Stardust and Paradox’s life points, however Paradox probably used that moment to steal the Cyber Dragon, and ran out. Jaden said that a student told Jaden that his dragon was stolen, probably Jesse Anderson. This probably happened the same way, Paradox used Stardust dragon to bait Jesse to summon Rainbow dragon, and stole it. Kaiba and Joey was still alive during the GX universe, he probably went to find Seto Kaiba, and put Mokuba under the hostage of a real Stardust dragon, Kaiba pulled out Blue Eyes to save Mokuba, when Paradox took the Blue Eyes. Then Red Eyes. Paradox probably used Blue Eyes, knowing it would stir up Joey’s anger since he got destroyed by Blue Eyes so much, in this time Joey probably used MetalMorph with Red Eyes or summoned Red Eyes to fuse it, but Paradox stole the red eyes before Joey could finish his combo

Killing Pegasus before creating Duel Monsters won't work, because the shadow game will find another way to come back, and both Bakura and Yami will reincarnate as well. Destroying the Millenium items instead might have worked, but they are powerful magical items.

Getting rid of Duel Monsters to stop villains who didn’t even really rely on the game for their plans to begin with therefore stopping any hope of resistance is the same faulty logic as getting rid of a superhero to stop people from become supervillains. My spot for favorite Villain has to go to yubel but Paradox is really up there because of his deck his design the fact that he's Voice by sean schemmel And he forced the three protagonists to work together so they could actually win
I think his duel runners name would have to be derived from his Malefic cards in some way the Malefic monsters are also known as Sin monsters I'd also take inspiration from the masked design of them and Paradox himself and the name should reflect his character in some way so the name in my opinion should be "Mask Of Sin" since paradox is putting on a mask both literally and figuratively as he becomes blinded by his desire to save the future he ignores everything else and he becomes a villain while in his eyes he is the hero trying to save a doomed future Paradox is one of my favorite characters along with the malefic archetype in my opinion they should have explored and given alot more screen time it would have been interesting to see the events of his time and give him more story I think he has alot of untapped story potential
I understand paradox stole blue eyes from kaiba, cyber end from Zane, stardust from yusei and rainbow dragon from Jesse but who did he steal red eyes from? I mean there was more than one guy who used red eyes black dragon. He had to either go to the time with duelist kingdom before joey won it from rex, the times Joey had it, the time with battle city where Yugi had it or the times with Atticus

If I had to rank Paradox, Zone, Aporia and Antimony, from strongest to weakest here they are: 1. Zone (This was a close call between Paradox and Zone but Zone is the leader of the group so I went with him as the strongest. And plus Zone was defeated after Paradox.) 2. Paradox 3. Aporia 4. Antimony All 4 duelist are tough to beat though.
But paradox was defeated by Yugi jagen and yusei.the 3 most powerful duelists.and zone was only defeated by yusei. I feel like they are on par as paradox had to search other very powerful cards but zone had his own cards

The funny part about this? His English voice was Sean Schemmel, who later did Goku Black…who’s evil plan reminds me a lot of Paradox’s. Not to mention the voice Sean gave Black sounds much like Paradox’s. 😆

While I haven’t seen the film, I don’t think Paradox makes a good foe simply due to his plan. DM would still thrive If Pegasus died ( if anything, sales would soar from public interest). GX & 5Ds would still happen, albeit with some changes.
Here's an idea that would work : If you stage a terrorist attack in public tournament using one of the monsters, you'll drive governments to ban the virtual card game and the mere act of playing it would be considered illegal. Thus Duel Monsters stops being a thing.
Knowing that Paradox stole all of those cards from their original owners, I'd love to see how he got his hands on Kaiba's Blue Eyes White Dragon.

i find it ironic that paradox failed before he even started his mission, he didnt go back to the time before pegasus created duel monsters. he went back to about the time just after battle city
Killing Pegasus before creating Duel Monsters won't work, because the shadow game will find another way to come back, and both Bakura and Yami will reincarnate as well. Destroying the Millenium items instead might have worked, but they are powerful magical items.

I think his duel runners name would have to be derived from his Malefic cards in some way the Malefic monsters are also known as Sin monsters I'd also take inspiration from the masked design of them and Paradox himself and the name should reflect his character in some way so the name in my opinion should be "Mask Of Sin" since paradox is putting on a mask both literally and figuratively as he becomes blinded by his desire to save the future he ignores everything else and he becomes a villain while in his eyes he is the hero trying to save a doomed future Paradox is one of my favorite characters along with the malefic archetype in my opinion they should have explored and given alot more screen time it would have been interesting to see the events of his time and give him more story I think he has alot of untapped story potential

If I had to rank Paradox, Zone, Aporia and Antimony, from strongest to weakest here they are:
1. Zone (This was a close call between Paradox and Zone but Zone is the leader of the group so I went with him as the strongest. And plus Zone was defeated after Paradox.)
2. Paradox
3. Aporia
4. Antimony
All 4 duelist are tough to beat though.
Also he is one of the few who is a left handed duelist
But paradox was defeated by Yugi jagen and yusei.the 3 most powerful duelists.and zone was only defeated by yusei.
I feel like they are on par as paradox had to search other very powerful cards but zone had his own cards

While I haven’t seen the film, I don’t think Paradox makes a good foe simply due to his plan. DM would still thrive If Pegasus died ( if anything, sales would soar from public interest). GX & 5Ds would still happen, albeit with some changes.

Here's an idea that would work : If you stage a terrorist attack in public tournament using one of the monsters, you'll drive governments to ban the virtual card game and the mere act of playing it would be considered illegal. Thus Duel Monsters stops being a thing.
