THE RULES
1. Each player will play one chapter, record it, and upload it.
- If you have the option to play a main story chapter or one of any number of paralogues, you may choose to play whichever of those you wish to before passing it onto the next player.
- The game will be played on Lunatic/Casual.
- The active player will have control of all game decisions during their turn, such as supporting, exp distribution, reclassing, and so on, with the exception of restrictions laid out in later rules.
- After the post-chapter-clear data save is performed, control is forfeited to the next player.
- You must activate all supports whenever able, except for A+ and S supports.
2. Each player will have two weeks to complete their chapter.
3. There will be no DLC or path bonuses allowed.
4. At the start, the save file will have all MyCastle resources maxed out (not including Dragon Veins), so forging is not an issue. We're allowed to give ourselves a Chef's Hat, and all events within our own castle are legal.
5. No outright sabotage, such as discarding all our items or intentionally wasting money by buying and selling items over and over.

Necromancy-fueled TAS Mozu:
“The truth is, the run was rigged from the start” - Einherjar Mozu, probably
4:52 "Is LagSpike's Peri favoritism that strong?"
Brother you ain't seen nothing yet
Honestly Balk’s profile picture is the most accurate representation of how I feel watching this clear
To be fair I did rig paralogue 1 by enabling the no crit flag on the bottle. That’s the reason mozu died, now she is coming back with the very power that killed her
"you're dead to me"
Great clear! Can´t wait to use the Lvl. 1 Mozu Einherjar strat on my next Ninja Hell playthrough! It seems like the chapter was just meant to be cleared like this
Lv. 1 Mozu was banned from multiplayer for a reason.
Nohrian News: Dead Villager girl resurrects, eats a pair of boots, snorts magical cocaine, gobbles a mini statue of a goddess and then becomes too angry to die. More at 11.
Thank you for showing me how easy it is to beat this map
I don't think a clear can get more cursed/blessed than this.
Welcome back, Mozu. Shame she came back wrong and can't talk to people, though.
zombie mozu... nice
THAT MOZU I GOT WAS TRAINED FROM LEVEL ONE????????
My god.
This is somehow Zoran's fault
SO TRUE
I believe you
Aww, Balk revived Mozu and trained her just to finally give Brainiac some money and make Zoran happy again. Not to mention giving Sohn another weapon rank project to work on.
He really is the most considerate team member of this Relay
Balk left Brainiac Money!!!
(and he doesn't need to rebuild the castle again... I could cry of happiness!... or just cry in general...)
My man took the entirety of Ninja Hell and shoved it in the corpse of Mozu and created a goddess of death.
"Ninja Hell is a Farming Map"
-Balk, apparently
Mozu’s vengeance transcends the grave. No words need be spoken, she is here for one reason and one reason only: To finish her conquest.
I was hoping Balk would do a clear where he fed every kill to Saizo but this is indubitably worse.
this episode truly shows off the power of action replay codes
What is it called
@@Cupcakkecult what is what called. also my comment was over a year ago.
I can imagine how hilarious it'd be for saizo to just be waiting in line to get into the battle to avenge his father while having to listen to the cries of mokushu soldiers being critted to death by a mute mozu
Meanwhile Mozu is suffering a prolonged panic attack being in constant danger of dying. No wonder this Mozu doesn't have support convos. She's got ptsd.
Balk didn't cheat the rng here everyone, he's just extremely blessed because he's fighting in Hoshido. Never doubt the master tactician!
I am convinced that Percy is dead in a ditch somewhere, with every last drop of his luck drained clean
Reliability is definitely your passion
April Fools was 7 months ago.
Deadlord mozu coming back to prove the power of dodge tanking in fates
It's a good thing you're on casual because I'm like 90% sure if we weren't you'd have done that whole thing just for the punchline to be that Mozu dies again.
the save file was made on classic because zoran branch of fated the file. i imagine the relay probably wouldve been much easier if they didnt have to ensure a units survival.
@@omegazeroINFI Were that the case one of the rules would've gone completely out the window when Balk killed off Arthur.
@@ecbrd8478 that thought passed in my mind after posting that response. im actually not sure what they want to do with this going forward. literally everyone else up to this point reset if someone died since it was on classic.
Watching these scuffed clears has been a delight. Little did I know I'd be granted an even further gift by watching people get upset over the brilliant tactics shown off by our gracious relay hosts.
This is the Bing answer for when you look up the word "strategy."
What the actual
I guess Balk’s gaming chair/balanced diet/human element is just too powerful for us to comprehend.
The odds of this clear are 0%, and if you ask me, 0% and 100% are the two most reliable odds
Really reliable clear, good job
EDIT: Before anyone tries to correct me and say it's something like 0.0000...00001%, I'm pretty sure Fates pseudo random number generator is unable to produce such an unlikely string. If Fates was true random sure, but is not, and pseudo random number generators usually don't generate this shit. This clear is RELIABLE.
I want to see Zoran's reaction to this clear lol
His reaction was to have a brain aneurysm
@@barnertalik1806 And I'd believe that. I almost had it myself. How they missed that 97% hit chance is beyond me.
I can't wait for the video reply, though I have no idea what the strategy will be this time
@@EchoesAct4 the two of them are gonna start their own spin-off series at this rate
And its just that easy folks, another extremely reliable and efficient clear from Balk. You love to see it
I sure love this very reliables and consistent clear that never fails to get you past this otherwise rough chapter 🙃🙃🙃
I feel like such a killjoy but God this clear is so lame, I was looking forward to Bad at Life bullshit and this is so anti-climactic. The RNG hack would be a lot easier of a pill to swallow if this clear at least had the twist of helping the team for once, but then you also didn't get the gold chest. Using the rescue staffs or turning Arthur into a Jagen were interesting bits of sabotage, promising interesting strats down the line since now the team doesn't have an easy Endgame clear, but less gold sabotages the team by restricting access to strategies instead of forcing people to come up with new ones. I really don't want to come off as too negative, I think bringing Mozu back was a fantastic twist and I like the energy you're bringing to the relay. I just figured I'd try to vocalize why exactly this clear left such a bad taste in my mouth. Sabotage in a relay run is cool, but it should be done in a way that's interesting instead of just purely losing resources.
Yeah I felt the same way about this one, it's not really interesting to watch a clear you rigged to win beforehand lol
Yeah I agree 100%. The concept of bringing back Mozu is funny, but I feel like the RNG fixing and resource wasting kind of misses the point of what makes the relay a fun idea in the first place (as a viewer at least).
You three snowflakes are no boring. Poor babies
@@mihaimercenarul7467 lol
okay let’s see what insanity comes with this one
zoran this is your fault for not using scepti’s stat items
Reliability is truly your passion
Never in this relay did I expect to see strategy’s this amazing.not only did you make such a powerful unit you also built the most important supports.due to your contributions the other players in this relay should have little difficulty going forward.
The 'Character's about to die' theme is now Mozu's theme in my head... help...
the absolute HEIGHT of "Call an ambulance, but not for me"
lowkey the funniest bit was promoting charlotte to hero. this entire clear is violence (praise)
Now I see why this took so long to upload. This is perhaps the most impressive and simultaneously upsetting clear I’ve ever seen.
*HE CAN’T GETTING AWAY WITH IT!!*
I'm expecting this to be a fake out.. but then again, Lagspike is in the comments mentioning a trained Mozu..
So glad this clear addressed the reliability concerns from the last one. Truly the most reliable clear I've ever seen
Wait a minute, something ain’t right here… No speech, white vapor around her and not being hit… Mozu’s a ghost!!
If I ever see one of your clears again, I'm going to become the joker
You violated the sacred order. I know not what horrors you shall experience as punishment, but I hope it will all be worth it
You know when we asked for reliable strategies we didn't mean changing the game files to make evry hit you do a crit XC
But that doesn't add up because clearly, Arthur got crit by the enemies and died. Because of this, we can know that this was all 100% legitimate gameplay with 0 manipulation.
@@maxechilsemptyspace7184 I'm sorry to break you, but there's simply no way mozu can avoid all those attack without a hack, because this is simply not how Conquest work. As with Arthur's case, it could be that he's using different RNG checks with different characters. I do not know how this work for sure, but there's just no way this is legit, just no way
@@lucycheng3094 the honest truth of it is that the rom is likely untouched -- it was just a truly frightening amount of resets/save states
@@maxechilsemptyspace7184 Well it might just be save state abuse idk what he did but If I were to calculate the odds of dodging every hit with mozu and both mozu and Xander critting every time they can do damage..... idk...
@@maxechilsemptyspace7184 You can change flags on each character separatly. Always crit, avoid, hit on certain characters, always get crit on Arthur.
The most consistent part of this clear, besides everything surrounding Mozu, are the headaches you are givng out to hundreds of people, good job!
I don't like this relay anymore. It's no fun with cheating on this scale.
Yeah that's how I feel
This one put a tear in old daddy Zoran's eye
This clear is making my skin crawl
Balk what the fuck...
Havent watched it yet but I feel like that reaction will be appropriate for whatever I see
Ok I just saw what you did with Mozu, you are now the hero of this run out to correct Sohns evildoings
Never mind this clear hurt my soul
There was more character development in these comments than in most recent anime.
I can see why this took so long
There's nothing in the rules that says Air Bud can't turn on cheats, I guess?
sorry to be one of those guys, but this was disappointing. i don't know if you fully understood what made chapter 11 so funny; as unreliable as that clear was, it would very much be possible after some resets, even if it was also hacked in the same way as here. but this takes it way too far, and just breaks the suspension of disbelief. here's hoping for your next round.
Awww you poor boring baby. Cry some more.
I’m in school rn but to see the chaos unfold ASAP is tempting
it's funny at first but kind of disappointing when I realize what's going on
Hey it anyone else kinda disappointed by all of this? I feel like the whole point of the relay was to find probable and legitimate ways to clear these difficult maps with teammates constantly against one another. RNG Manipulating constant crits and avoids takes all of the challenge out of this. Why not just give everyone 100% avo and call it a day, there's no challenge and it's frankly disappointing to know it's not real when Mozu and Xander are always getting necessary crits and avoids
Ever since Sohn modded Odin's Bottle to never crit the Faceless in his first round, I've come to terms with cheating in this Relay.
At this point I'm just wondering in how many ways they can break this game apart without outright breaking the rules.
It’s funny as a one-off joke, but holy catfish, I hope this doesn’t become a reoccurring thing.
@@moony2249 oh i didn't even realize that. Well then that sucks even more. I feel like fire emblem thrives best with good/bad luck and proper/poor decision. The whole chaos of the relay were the other members being apart of the whole process. Azura Kinshi knight and Aruthr Great Knight were terrific examples of this. Checking flags to ensure Mozu, Xander and, Azura dodge, crit, and hit every attack no longer feels like a master strategy was formed out of the chaos. Instead it feels like "here's our meme goal in a perfect world it does happen".
Agreed, this was a disappointing clear. Funny as a joke? Sure. But if this is the legitimate clear that will be used for the rest of the run, it's very sad. The Chapter 11 clear was acceptable because although you needed a lot of favorable RNG for the second turn, it was at least a short enough clear that an average player could theoretically reset until they got the same result. This? This isn't probable or replicable in any way.
@@theleftfootedsultan but it's not just a one off joke anymore, Balk's last chapter was rng manipulated and Odin's bottle couldn't crit so he could train it easier. The whole point of this relay was to see what goofy and terrible hijinks they could get into instead it's goofy hijinks are planned and nothing feels spontaneous
This clear hurt me in much the same way the Ch11 clear did but for different reasons. The Ch11 “LTC” clear was funny cursed, this one was just “I’m trying too hard” cursed.
Omg I have checked everyday, multiple times, for this video
Edit: I take it back. This is completely cursed
ah yes, taking one of the most notorious conquest maps and trivializing it by cheating and using none of the units that were trained throughout the relay. incredibly boring clear that does the map no justice for sure
Bro think he on the team fr 💀
I’ve been hyped for this entry! Time to see what happens >:)
You should stop worrying about being unable to pass any gold to Brainiac 🙂.
After setting such a brave precedent in this chapter, I doubt anyone would care if Brainiac would just cheat for 100k and went with that, so there's no need to feel bad😉.
honestly would be way more reasonable cheating than this clear. At least the argument that just skipping the 20 years of time travel lottery abuse could be a thing. whatever this was... not so much.
Woah woah woah, who ever said anything about cheating? He put in a lot of work to make this clear as reliable as it is
Comment before watching anything: I am already scared.
Comment while watching: Lvl 1 characters sure get less xp than I thought for killing promoted ninjas.
Most of the way through: This is blessed.
I didn't know the 'perfect rng' mod for the GBA games worked on Fates, too. Poor Braniac. Having to play after Bad at Life/Balk is truly the worst Fate imaginable. Also, not getting the gold definitely counts as intentional sabotage. I was going to say something along the lines of "This clear is cursed, but Mozu's back, so I can't complain" but then you killed Arthur...
I was waiting for this video, and I was not disappointed. Left a like for the most reliable clear of all time.
Most reliable clear of all time my ass XD
new rule, balk isnt allowed to play any actually fun/challenging maps if it's just gonna be straight up cheating and sabotaging the team
was funny the first 30 times mozu dodged a 90%
Come on now this is a bit harsh. Yeah the rigging is a bit much but it's still an entertaining clear and that's the whole point of the series; to entertain.
a 1 hour shitpost with one single repeated joke isnt really peak entertainment imo
I do agree that this isn't very entertaining, but if the team is fine with this then we shouldn't make a big deal out of it. Balk doesn't owe us a particular type of content
@@lagspike7763 the problem is that it isn't really entertaining. the joke, and suspension of disbelief is ruined when the rigging is this obvious, and the fact that it's stretched out for nearly 40 minutes doesn't help.
The relay is for fun, it is not a challenge run, people needa stop taking it so seriously
so why are we having actual cheating in this run. it kind of ruins the whole thing.
I didn’t realize this wasn’t the first instance of RNG manipulation in the relay.
this is avant-garde fire emblem playing
I was confused why Balk didn‘t seem upset at no dancer Azura at all, but by minute 20 it has become obvious to me that he simply doesn’t need her
Damn ur right about luck stat being important, can't believe Arthur died like that
"zoran really doesn't want me to have fun this run, huh"
yeah he's so mean 🎻
damn sorry about arthur :/// unlucky but good clear!
there are a few comments on the video already that voice the same disappointments i have. i think resurrecting and training mozu is a good bit. i don't think crit dodge rigging is a good bit, and i definitely don't think ignoring the money chest is a good bit. definitely breaking the spirit of no sabotage and restricting braniac for no reason. killing arthur is weird when you made him a jagen but whatever
Yeah. Like promoting Azura to Kinishi knight is a massive gameplay shift but the game isn't unplayable. Mozu being bought is funny but not grabbing gold, rng maniping crits and avoids and killing Arthur is legit sabotage for no reason other than to be funny. Super disappointed with the relay at the moment
Ah i love seeing crying snowflakes like you complaining about comedy. You poor baby.
you need to stop making your strats so reliable its making the other players look bad
So you basically put always crit on Xander and Mozu, always avoid on Mozu and Azura as trait flags.
I honestly don't know what the majority of the people think, but cheating in a relay is not my definition of fun.
You already did it last map, did it again, so I can't help but think other are ok with it, but still it sucks imo especially when most of the people in the comments seem to think this is just "blessed" or a lot of resets.
@@thatguyfromsmashmouth14 Do the math, it's impossible in multiple lifetimes to get this outcome. They are most likely ok with it because it is chaotic and fun to them.
2.2 was probably done legitimately, if you forced me to guess. None of the RNG was TOO crazy, so it would probably only take an hour or two of resets. Plus, I don’t think he would have gone with post-commentary if it had been completely hacked. This one… uh… it exists.
@@theleftfootedsultan 2.2 was most likely also cheated but who cares, it could have been done eventually and it was a 2 turns clear. This is something else.
This literally just ruined my enjoyment of this relay, ngl.
Last time it was still "okay" because Ch 11 is a pretty easy map overall and while highly unlikely it's just a 2 turn clear that you can eventually reset until it happens but this is just to much.
This is Ch 17, one of the infamous map of the game that while it can be cheesed with Xander a lot it could still be an interesting map especially with units you are not familiar with.
Everyone has their own way to judge a relay interesting for something like memes but I'm mostly interested in the actual strategy based around using units trained by other people making the run full of different strategies.
Tbh I don't even understand how people can think this is blessed run.. it's obvious cheating.
Hopefully it was cleared with the other members of the relay before hand, but yeah I get what you mean. Kinda takes the fun out of viewing for me at least. In some sense anyway, I'm still enjoying the series and going to keep watching but... eh. Also for everyone else in the replies/ comments, no you can't just reset for this level of 'luck' and if you think you can I don't think you know how probability works. I think most people are just playing into the joke but for anyone actually wondering that was clearly hacked lol
Mozu deserved perfect levelups for each and every one of her levels
Considering how much I was looking forward to this, this was so underwhelming. Your previous clears were interesting, played around with the resources you had and created suboptimal but creative strategies, like using GK Arthur as a jagen and the 2-turn chapter 11 which, while probably rigged as well to save time, was plausible. I was genuinely excited when I saw you getting Mozu back as an einherjar, but turning the entire chapter into a joke by rigging every hit is just not funny or entertaining.
agreed
It is very funny, you snowflakes are too bori g and cry if something doesn't match your expectation. Poor baby. Cry some more.
i liked the part when mozu.
Why not just bring Ryoma next time if you just want to cheese this game
HE CANT KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT!
HE CANT KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT!!!
I’ve never seen a conquest run with so much lore behind it as this one
2.2 was funny because it was plausible. Somehow, balk completely missed the humour of his own joke and gave us only the team-sabotage and attention-seeking parts of his playstyle.
Agree it's not nearly as funny, he just clicked the "I win" button and farmed an entire unit from 1 to 20/5 for absolutely free. It got old in the second half
@@ido5269 Yeah, the beginning with the 4 action shelter-chain was hilarious, but the dodge/crit fest was repetitive.
i think it’s fine. it definitely drags on a bit, and i think it would’ve been way funnier if he showed us the hit rates and then just sped up the rest of the map, as if that was proof his strat worked, and leave it up to us to decide what the fuck happened.
as is though it’s an hour long shitpost, and i’m okay with that
That resurrection was the least expected move that could’ve happened
Bruh with those ht crit and avoid, this is as if we are playing a different game
Brain.exe has stopped responding.
damn, Brainiac didn't lie. You actually outdid yourself.
this is illegal
Bro how tf are you so lucky, my kaze literaly gets hits by 4%
Rigging
@@lagspike7763 yeah actually dont know how I didnt noticed before
new mozu just dropped
I think Zoran's video broke Balk
rip arthur, hopefully he comes back stronger than before just like mozu!
Seems Zoran broke Balk
Actually, the luck of the lottery shop person does affect your chances with it. A high level Azura or Midori gets silvers very consistently, but it's a lot of luck you need. Arthur's personal skill shouldn't factor into it at least, but his low luck stat does.
Also, please don't try this at home
Dimitri: KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!!
Mozu: Oh bet. *destroy entire ninja clan*
Bad at Life being genuinely shocked at Camilla's natural stats was quite amusing.
And also it must really be stated that Lunatic Conquest is by far the best "hardest difficulty" mode in the series. The fact that you guys are doing ridiculous shenanigans like this, and are still going to be able to complete the run (I have 100% faith) is really a testament to the versatility allowed for in this game.
He rigged the rng in order to score those crits and dodges. Every fire emblem game would look super easy if you cheat.
I must’ve missed something. Was force crit/dodge on? Good lord.
Probably, tbh
Loading a savestate resets the rng string to be just as it was before. That way by constantly saving and loading you can get pretty much all the sequences you want. It'll just take hours to get it all setup then load back to a state at the start of the chapter and play it all out in the right order.
It's the closest I can think off to get a string of good luck like this. And makes the "support grinding" sessions more logical too since they are just to burn RNG.
No its just a mod
Getting the correct rn sequence to this degree is impossible. Seeds are not truly random, so you can’t actually get that unlucky. Also a reason why a 0% growth run never exist ever without modding
You know, people were both excited and fearful of whatever tactics you would use next. I don't think anyone here expected the use of necromancy to beat Mokushu, however.
I have never clicked a video so fast
i'm doing the moves and they aren't working?
You know i only noticed that she got speed and luck on every like level up a year later, but that's just an extra cherry on top for this 😂😂😂. Hella good shitpost dude
MY BROTHER IN CHRIST, WHAT ARE THOSE HIT RATES AND WHY SO MUCH DODGING???
Now I feel scammed that I missed a 92 against a random oni savage and got crit back 0-o
