I wonder something... At 21:50, the traffic signal starts blinking red to clear traffic between the tracks and the cross street, yet the car caught at the red light doesn't go through. Why not? If no cross traffic, the purpose is to clear the area so people don't back up on the tracks. No one was backed up over the tracks here, but why stay there? Even in a non-train situation, you don't just sit there at a blinking red. Of all the mysteries of the universe, not necessarily a priority, but mystifying nonetheless.
I Find it Interesting that SCART Used Electro-Tech LED gate lights because its mainly on UP Lines, But I wasnt expecting SCART used a WCH M-bell on a new signal!
Things change over the years I've seen that firsthand because a railroad crossing in my hometown years ago had no gates but then later they decided to install gates and more LED lights I think they also installed a new bell

They used a set of Electro-Tech Gate LEDs on their gate at the 2nd Ave crossing also back in 2014.

The drivers really are hitting the cantilever. So I don’t want to see them do that again.
