I worked at a facility that held afghan refugees and I made friends with so many interpreters and refugees. Some of the most down to earth and humble people I have ever met. Interestingly i have a british pakistani friend who recently went to visit his family in Pakistan. He was mugged twice, once at gunpoint with his family. He says he wont go back. I worked Kabul as a civilian doing IT stuff around 2009, they were very good people the locals, food etc, I really liked the culture and how things were, aside of the war part I do miss the place and would like to go back one day to again enjoy the culture, landscape, food, ..all of it to be fair, I did feel a connection to those lands even more so than Turkey etc.

I don’t know about the country but i’m happy someone has made effort to show us such a lovely country. As a Brit living in the UK I have met many Afghan people in my local area and believe me they are lovely people. And something I believe it is the people that make the country amazing not the political side or Parliament. my friend is from afghanistan and when i visited bamiyan, his homeland, it was beautiful. despite of the buddhist statues gone, the historic places there are still beautiful. sadly bc my friend is a buddhist (since ancient times) he could not return due to strict religious laws.

A few suggestions my brother, your translators are doing ok but they are kind of struggling with English. Food suggestions are, Kabuli Palao(not even close to biryani but ofc tastier🤫), Chopan Kabab, Mantu, Bolani, and Chapli Kabab. Also try the Afghan hand made ice cream called Sheer Yakh. Places you should go are Babur Valley, it’s in Bamyan and no other traveler has been there you will most likely be the first to show it to the world, it looks like the Grand Canyons in US. The other place is the explore the whole Nuristan province. It is a place that looks similar to Switzerland with green mountains and rivers. Thank you 🙏🏼 I would appreciate it if you actually go to these places and your fans. I thought you are Afghan because of your last name.😂

Brother, i hope your stay in Afg goes well, just a few suggestions you need to try Qabuli palao, Chopaan abab, Mantoo, and sher yakh. also you have to make sure your guide is informing of you certain historical places afghanistan has some very old historical places which you will definetly love. the taliban are very wellcoming towards tourists to give themselves a good image so do not be worried about taliban. Also you can try to spea with your tourist to come by himself next time so he spends more time with you as you are paying for his service. good luck and all the best.

I worked Kabul as a civilian doing IT stuff around 2009, they were very good people the locals, food etc, I really liked the culture and how things were, aside of the war part I do miss the place and would like to go back one day to again enjoy the culture, landscape, food, ..all of it to be fair, I did feel a connection to those lands even more so than Turkey etc.

I don’t know about the country but i’m happy someone has made effort to show us such a lovely country. As a Brit living in the UK I have met many Afghan people in my local area and believe me they are lovely people. And something I believe it is the people that make the country amazing not the political side or Parliament. Generally as humans we will only communicate with general public so what is the fuss about. One question I would ask… don’t the people of Afghanistan deserve to live? My answer is YES. my friend is from afghanistan and when i visited bamiyan, his homeland, it was beautiful. despite of the buddhist statues gone, the historic places there are still beautiful. sadly bc my friend is a buddhist (since ancient times) he could not return due to strict religious laws.

A few suggestions my brother, your translators are doing ok but they are kind of struggling with English. Food suggestions are, Kabuli Palao(not even close to biryani but ofc tastier🤫), Chopan Kabab, Mantu, Bolani, and Chapli Kabab. Also try the Afghan hand made ice cream called Sheer Yakh. Places you should go are Babur Valley, it’s in Bamyan and no other traveler has been there you will most likely be the first to show it to the world, it looks like the Grand Canyons in US. The other place is the explore the whole Nuristan province. It is a place that looks similar to Switzerland with green mountains and rivers. Thank you 🙏🏼 I would appreciate it if you actually go to these places and your fans. I thought you are Afghan because of your last name.😂

also you have to make sure your guide is informing of you certain historical places afghanistan has some very old historical places which you will definetly love. the taliban are very wellcoming towards tourists to give themselves a good image so do not be worried about taliban.
Also you can try to spea with your tourist to come by himself next time so he spends more time with you as you are paying for his service.
