How to prepare Abolo /Ablo // Steamed Rice and Corn Flour //Volta Recipe (Ghana /Togo cuisine)
Abolo/Ablo is made from Corn and Rice.
It is so fluffy and delicious .It is mostly made by the Ewes of Volta Region and in Togo.
It can be eaten with pepper sauce and soup

Sugar
Yeast

Water
