Hello Fam, today I am sharing my easy and tasty ABOLO or ABLO recipe with you, Abolo are bouncy steamed rice cakes which are commonly eaten in Western African countries. They are made with a combination of corn starch, corn flour, (or Semolina) and rice flour. By themselves the steamed buns are quite plain but paired with a hearty stew or soup they are the perfect accompaniment for a filling meal. Credit: Chainbaker
Traditional, in Volta we use corn hask . I always use my steamer and you using the cooker, sis I have learnt new things today...perfectly made....is very nice
Wow I never knew this is how it's being done, thank you for the beautiful step by step sis, I would definitely try this in future👌🏽it will taste delicious😋😍
