Herrr bankye kaklo papapaa. My mum's favourite snack. The reason y i also luv it is bcos of it's filling nature. Wen u eat it,u will drink water saa and get soo full. It'll carry u for the day🤣🤣👍Adjeley ofee f33😁✌
I used to assist one of my late uncle’s wife that sells agbeli kaklo in the village, around 2001 I guess.. and I just want to be sure of the process that’s my reason for being here.. After watching “ndudu by Fafa” and now Sweet Adjeley AKA (International food captain) I think I'm good to go.. Thanks to you both 👉🏽🐢🐢🐢
Cassava fritters (agbeli kaklo) is a very special and tasty delicacy/snack in Ghana (West Africa). Am salivating already. Keep up the culinary education Sweet Adjeley. God bless you richly 👍👍👌👌🙏💗💗🌹❤️🌹
In Nigeria, among the ijebu tribe of the yorubas, instead of cassava, we use a specie of yam called the water yam. We add diced onions, scotch bonnet, salt and sometimes bullion seasoning. We dont squeeze out the water, the water is very important in the recipe. It is traditionally called "ojojo" I would be very happy of you look into this and open do a comparison video. Africans have similar culture... I am proud to be an African
There about six west African countries that use cassava in so many ways apart from making just gari, and those countries are: Ghana 🇬🇭 Sierra Leone 🇸🇱, Liberia 🇱🇷, Côte d’Ivoire 🇨🇮, Togo 🇹🇬 Cameroon 🇨🇲
My favorite thing. My grandma thought me this when I was little. We did two methods, I love the way your learn all culture food and teach people too. Much love.
Ah! Asomua agbeli kaaklo is so easy and simple to make and all these years I thought it's some long huhuscious process bi 😂😂😂 God richly bless you Sweet Adjeley 😊

I had always had the perception that this is very difficult to make but you just took that perception away woooww thank you very much trying some soon 😘💃❤️
Hmm, new thing learnt, how to grate the tiny bits of the cassava when grating. Your squeezer is so good. The cassava texture after squeeze appears like gari. Another tip "do not squeeze the kaaklo too hard" This is beautiful and yummy. Well done sis.
OmG, why are you like this!!!!!! You always hit my right spots ooo Trying this shortly!!!!! You’ve really sent me back to Ghana, I tell you. I soooo love this. 👍

Yes, even in my side delta STATE Agbor we used water yam not cassava
In Imo State,we make this way but fry with palm oil 😋
