- Jump on for a ride along the delightful A396 'Valley Road' from Exebridge to Wheddon Cross on the heights of Exmoor.
The steed is my 2023 BMW R NineT Scrambler - an ideal motorcycle for this road.
And I have to mention the sad passing of legend DJ Steve Wright.

Yes, the roads are getting ridiculous. That's part of the reason I bought a Himalayan, which I'll be on when I come down.

Nice vid as always. A few 'moments' there on the potholes, 'repairs' and gravel which had me tensing up! If it's not potholes, it's average speed cams these days! We have so much more to think about. Looked quite fast on the video in parts! How are you finding the suspension? Have you had a play with it or is it all good at 'factory' settings? I wonder if we will ever have our smooth, clean roads back??
Thanks loads, pretty legal on speed all the way 😊 24 fps gives ‘cinematic look’ ie blur 😂 so looks quicker.

Another bike video but the road was very bad Chris.

I clipped the rear leg of a deer up on the moor. Woke me up and scared the willies out the van driver behind. @@FarmerTorque
Better get a kidney belt or move to Spain because that suspension needs a little help for the UK roads.
Very true Jerry - and the Spain suggestion isn't your worst! Little optimism in the UK at the moment. But, the suspension is poor !!!!!
The Gov decided to spend 3billion on an M25 junction instead of repairing the roads we have.... wonder if they have similar minds to the BMW technical department 🤪🤬
