@So They have to jump BEFORE the Rikido Osatsu animation starts. If they try to jump after the Rikudo Osatsu animation starts, they will be too late to avoid it and will get hit by the Raging Demon. Remember, if the opponent is too close to Kage (or probably Akuma as well) when he starts using the Raging Demon, they will not be able to jump to avoid it unless they already started jumping before the Raging Demon animation.

Sako used Kage a bit at EVO Japan. I think he would have won if he used him against Mago instead of Menat. Also Kage would be a great counter for Naumann's Akura

It's not really that fast, but his timing is perfect.
You just input lp>lp> --> + lk + hp just after you input hadoken, stomp or another hit. It's not really that hard.

Raging Demon, a 1f grab that you can combo is cheap in that game. Mika and Laura are having 3f CA, so should be Akuma, Kage and Zangief CA.
