Thanks for the detail video. For sure I am going to clean my laptop.
1 query : can we replace the original HDD to SSD ? Will it support for this model ? If yes do I need any extra connector ?

I have a black display issue. I tried holding shift+f8 and got the display to show and boot normal, then a black screen. forced to force restart. Then back to a black display. the laptop won't boot up without the battery inside even when plugged into an ac adapter/charger. its not the ram, or the hdd, and I know its a overheating issue. Are there any other things I should try besides the self-repair in your video?
PS. do not apply thermal paste with a screw driver. you could scratch the top part of the chip! 1 drop of thermal past on top and it should spread out normally.
    UPDATE: Feb 14, 2019
I cleaned out the fan like you did, I reapplied the thermal paste, I tried to boot up the PC without the adapter about a few times every few minutes. RESULT: BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH GONE! I now have a fully functional working Windows 7 laptop. Thank You for the tip on cleaning the fan. I should make a video about that as well some day.
Issue: it was a heating related issue. cleaning out the fan & letting the computer charge up with electricity solved the problem.

Hi my HP when I press power the fan runs 5 seconds & laptop turns off. Is it a issue with the Chip?

      Hi,
There are several possibilities, Chips are last thing we check,
at our work place first we go on disconnecting one by one devices like
keyboard, optical (CD/DVD) drive, harddisk drive, RAM, WiFi card etc...
Disconnect one device at a time and switch on and check...if laptop works after disconnecting particular device then that device is the culprit and should be repaired if possible or replaced.
if it sill doesn't work, clean the mainboard with IPa (Isopropyl alcohol), dry it and then switch on and check, if it still doesn't work then need to check powersupply section on mainboard and see further if any chips are faulty.
      Hope this can be helpful.
      Thank you, have a GOODTIME.
