Sure does! My son just won their March madness tournament for 4th grade boys. I just sent him last years montage and said keep dreaming, this could be you one day.
Amazing how Eric Montross made it on this video 0:56 after losing him earlier this year. Eric was an amazing person who always represented himself, the sport and his alma mater with dignity and class. He always spoke well, with honor and respect.
Always dreamed of playing in the Big Dance, but had to settle for working one from a PR standpoint...And all i can say is it was ONE SHINING MOMENT that I'll NEVER FORGET!!
Impossible to do 30 years of March Madness justice with a 3 minute montage, but pretty well done. Could have really done a better job balancing out the teams shown. Way too much of unlv, Duke and Kansas. So many incredible buzzer beaters, Cinderella stories, unlikely champions, classic games...seems a shame to repeat any team or player given such a limited amount of time. I would have had a tally as I compiled clips to make sure I included as many different CBB programs as possible, and not overdo it on any one program at the expense of showing others at least once. But still, lots of fun to watch.
Sorry but you forgot a clip of the 1997 Arizona Wildcats. The beat 3 #1 teams, including Kentucky in 2 OTs to win the National Championship! Best game ever!!!!!!!
THAT ONE SHINNING MOMENT WHEN YOU WERE FROZEN IN TIME ❤
I think this song makes it feel to believe in yourself and never give up and better life
Exactly

This song and the years of tradition is summed up by the win and loosing, yet hope for success

Favorite part is the last 30 seconds nothing but confetti, celebrations....and the heartbreak of March Madness
Luthers version is my favorite version. Go Heels!
brought me to tears. love it!!
😔 I miss March Madness and hearing one shining moment at the end. Go Duke!!!
March 2020 no NCAA Tournament can't wait till March 2021
Me too, Tedrick!
Honestly Mr. Barrett, your version of One Shining Moment from 1987-1993 with the Golden Street piano prelude is the best version
Thank you, Marcio!
That shot by Christian Laettner…. I remember that game…. That night….i don’t think I’ve ever been that excited again in my life ❤
CHRISTIAN SUCKS😂
Ew
Has always been a great song. But Luther Vandross took it to a higher plateau than the writer could have ever imagined.
No way. Dave’s version is 10-1 better than Luther’s. He ruined it by trying to over sing it and make it more about himself than the highlights.
Definitely agree to disagree
Great video
Damn I love this
This is what life is all about.

Tim Duncan just doesn't age does he?
Well they say black don't crack so
Can u update this video?
No Bo Kimble left-handed free throw. :(
In honor of his fallen friend Hank Gathers. What a moment.
Is this the same David Barrett that wrote One Shinning Moment?
Yeah it's really him.
@@kuluke2002 This version is sung by the late Luther Vandeross.
@@amusicfan25a21 Thanks. I was just pointing out who uploaded the video.
@@amusicfan25a21 Luther's version is the best. 👍
@@kuluke2002 I agree.
how could you NOT show the finish of the 1983 Finals?
Easily...There's ONLY so much time for the video
Y'all had to put that one shot when Christian launter made that one on Kentucky, Puke went on to in the national championship, BOOOOO!!!!!
So cheesy. I love it every year lol.
Why did they have to end with Ratface?
