    Here in MD we have A-10's as part of the 104th FS, when you're standing next to that hulking hog while a little intimidating you know you're standing next to a loyal friend too!

      These guys are out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. It's where I grew up. They had F4s then F16s while I lived there. Made me want to join the Air Force, so I did!

    That plane is one of my all time favorites. I would love to see it in a big farm role as an agricultural applicator. It has all the traits of a 21 Century crop dusting aircraft for large fields. It could definitely carry huge loads, handle small, unimproved strips, and maneuver as well or better than most prop driven planes.

      Too uneconomical for ag use. Current ag aircraft are state of the art for purpose.

    WW Ii the P-47, Vietnam the A-1 Skytaider then now the A-10 Warthog all ground support. The P-47 was a fighter that had good ground support capabilities. I have the P-47 flight manuals and no I did not fly them. Some maintenance manuals also.

    I’ve been to lots of airshows with pyro and it saddens me how many idiots think it’s live rounds. Hopefully they don’t go to Oshkosh.
