    hello i loved the video and the info. iv been following your journey for a while now, this makes me think... so the reason of you not having cutted bodyweight is due to the desire of not wanting to lose strength

    My point here is, increasing you relative strenght by losing weight isn't always a sign of progress because the lighter you are the more relative strenght you tend to have.
    There are also questions that come to my mind: What is more impressive? a) Doing a 100kg pull up with 60kg bw. b) Doing a 115kg pull up with 75kg bw.
    Assuming similar body composition, I think option B wins even with lower relative strenght. What do you guys think?
