My point here is, increasing you relative strenght by losing weight isn't always a sign of progress because the lighter you are the more relative strenght you tend to have. There are also questions that come to my mind: What is more impressive? a) Doing a 100kg pull up with 60kg bw. b) Doing a 115kg pull up with 75kg bw. Assuming similar body composition, I think option B wins even with lower relative strenght. What do you guys think?
You can have both absolute strength and relative strength if u are just a strong beast
