Falling asleep to the same T90 commentary over a game you intended to watch makes for great sleep. Tristan lulls me to sleep more than my mother did.
T90, don't worry about whether anyone is losing interest over time or anything like that. You are trending upwards and there are plenty of people like me who won't get tired of what you do. Just relax and enjoy making content.

I used to play this game for many times , but now I have been addicted to watching these videos.
I really think T90 underestimates how much of an difference he makes for people.
one of my fav 8x1 games I've watched.
drama, surprises, suspense and a very intense final battle.
I appreciate the gesture of sudden death finals where people kinda throw for a vilfight to save time but to see the last two battle it out like this was amazing.

Wedding planning hot tip: Don't say it's a wedding when you book your venue. Just call it an "event" to avoid 2x or 3x prices
If it's a reception of a wedding maybe, but kind of hard if you will get a priest etc in to do the wedding to not call it a wedding.
Also depends on what venue you are going to.
We had an "event" yesterday and it was 80£ per head. (deposit) Which mounts up. Granted if you don't end up wrecking the place it was their flat fee for the place which was 10k.
With the wedding discussion going on in this video, will there be any Salmon at your wedding? this is of vital importance.
Oy T90, today I've made up my mind to buy the whole AoE definitive edition pack and work my way up the elo to maybe get the honor one day of you casting a ranked game I'm in. I just love your laugh, it's very contagious xD and your commenting style in general.

@@postmalonalisa420 Thanks for reaching out but I quit several months ago. I found out the level of micromanagement you need to have to have a chance against better players is just to stressful for me.
I instead prefer to play "chill" games with no rush but just for fun.

The fact that yellow's elephants are blocking blue's path is amazing. Like yellow's revenge after defeat.
I'd like to see quality campaigns added for existing civs over more new ones personally.
I would also like to see unique unit models for existing civs so that Native American Vil's and archers, ect. look distinct and different from Mali, Viking, Frank and Chinese villagers and archers.
Really good game. Well done for red, both in managing military and economy.
Could you make a variation of this game mode, where when you destroy an enemy town center, the defeated faction turns into an easy ai subservient to the player who destroyed the tc?
Red deserved the win. Every step was smart and really well done, from getting the relics early to the early snipes, securing the cuts, starting to trade, stalling against blue in the middle, opening another front with the rams and eventuelly outproducing blue and winning the game.

Lorhey played his cards right by nabbing as many relics early on and securing his two sides of enemies. Krakenmeister's first surprise petard insta-kill was god damn hilarious. He shouldn't have tried that again though after it failed against teal. Many of these guys that lost didn't really secure their town centers or didn't repair them effectively.
Extremely enjoyable game, with the backstabbing, holds, reversals, and all that. I was very impressed by a lot of the plays.

cruise tip. you're allowed to bring on a few bottles of wine. take those bottles, open them, refill with gin with food coloring, then recork the bottles and replace the foil.

reason why "wedding" adds 5-10 times the price to anything, is because that service on weddings is expected to be 10 times more exquisite.
Theres a different between a cloth dress and a wedding dress, between a birthday cake and a wedding cake, between doing a 30sec tiktok video and doing a 1 hour film, etc.

I have a hard time getting my mind to sleep at night due to an injury I had 7 years ago. I usually listen to ASMR or some kind of noise. But I started olaying this game and found t90. Now I enjoy community games and when I feel tired. I just let it drift me to sleep. I really enjoy the content. But my body relates his voice to sleep. Thank you for your content.
Blue had so many resources left in Orange's base and other's too, he just didn't mine and care for eco when pushing with boyars.

What's the range of medium tier? This was ~1500 (red) against ~1100 (blue) by the way.

To answer the question someone asked about sneaking booze on a cruise ship, I wouldn't recommend doing it. Depending on where you're going, if you're caught, it can be seen as smuggling, even if you don't intend to sell it.
That being said, the Coast Guard agent I met on a cruise snuck vodka onto the ship by buying a giant bottle of mouthwash, carefully removing the seal with a Xacto knife, emptying the contents, replacing them with alcohol, and then putting in some food coloring to match the original color. Then he sealed it back up, very carefully, with super glue and packed it up. In the event that they get suspicious of the bottle, they can open it, but, as long as the mouthwash isn't alcohol free, they just smell like alcohol.
Again, please don't do that. Best case scenario, you saved yourself like $50, but you've already spent a lot of money on the cruise anyways, so what's the point? Secondly, you just gonna drink straight vodka? You're gonna need mixers, and that's even harder to get past customs. Third, you could face criminal charges and/or be denied access to the cruise with zero refund. It's not worth it. Just buy alcohol on the ship. It's a little overpriced, but at least you can get mixed drinks.

I am glad i watched this one today, normally i try to stay up to date, but there is an awful backlog and it was pure chance i clicked.
From the classic "stab in the bag" (an old favorite of mine) to today's gem in the stream chat, "T90's autobiography will probably be called - Silence of the Tarkans" (one of the funniest and wittiest names anyone could invent for you)
You should capitalize on this, write a book akin to the art of war, explain many techniques, strategies in detail, bordering on philosophy colored by your in game experiences in what makes a successful strategy.
Explain how the lessons this game has taught you, relate to life as a big picture.

idk if people just have their attack volume down or maybe its the games volume balance but if you turn it up you can hear that the tarkans make a woosh sound with their torch. sad that the thump is gone but i guess it makes since being that they are burning down buildings not bashing them down with hammers so i can see how a woosh would make a little more since.

I play this game every once in a while and im not that good but I always enjoy the community games and the low elo stuff the most because they play like I would. Great stuff, love your commentary, which is almost more appealing than the game itself. Thank you T90 for getting me interested in this!

With sudden death in this sort of scenario, would surrounding your TC in buildings and having a stone wall path out of it with a gate work? Like having multiple layers of buildings to prevent raids from tarkens or pitards? Idk mind beign a lil weird but green could have survived when he lost his TC in that late game death

It's called heated shot because that's what they called it. It was heated cannon shot, meant to set fire to vessels and buildings.

I know Orange went out first but I really liked the tower defense style maze!
Blue lacked a bit of creativity, didn't notice the dead player's market, could have converted a whole bunch of elite war elephants for free ... All those things add up
I was blue. Indeed, in the hindsight there were a lot of things I could've done better. I'm 1100 elo and a relatively slow player. I had some ideas in mind, but just couldn't keep up with everything. Red is 1500 elo and according to APM twice as fast. I really couldn't execute and manage the eco and the ideas while fighting. I should've taken care of the elephants earlier and cut to the right, probably the biggest mistake I made. For some time I also thought that red had relocated the TC, which is dumb because it's impossible in this game mode, but it was 1AM and stressful. 😅 Anyway, it was fun and I'm still proud that I made it to the second place. 😊

The fact that some of these players made no outposts, and no attempt to wall or castle their own TC is ridiculous.
