The haggling makes the money side of the scale heavier because they are literally placing more gold on the scale while before you started haggling the potion would only be worth it’s weight
Since Thor grows mushrooms IRL, I think he needs to have a room specifically for it called the "Mush Room"

I literally never thought of dragging the potion out of the book like that. I only ever saved recipes before I finished the brew, and click "Brew this recipe." I... I'm blown away
Also, you can just drag potions straight to the customer, it's not required to put it into your inventory.
@@inqui Yeah, I kicked on my game again recently and I've been playing around with my newly discovered tactic!
Now I just need a way to quickly brew a bunch of the same potion.. because hitting my book, clicking the potion, clicking brew, and spamming the bellows a bit is slow.
I know, I still haven't actually pulled them out of the book yet. I have all my potions saved as bases. Unfinished potions so I can modify them slightly or get to somewhere nearby if I'm out of specific ingredients.
But I've stockpiled pages, and I'm stockpiling resources now. I've also filled the customer area with potions, so I can just drop what they need on the scale without having to seek it in my inventory
I am thoroughly impressed by the amount of quality of life choices in design in such a simple premise game like this. Did they have to throw this much passion, care, skill, etc. into this game about making and selling potions? No. But I am damn glad they did.
@@GhostZeroGZ Just save a recipe after you've finished it, and you can spam the "brew this potion" button in the book.
Even if this is basically a previously recorded long clip, having a bit of Thor on a Thorsday is a welcome thing.

I really loved having this video for Thorsday, The little editing to add emphases and effect is really nice 10/10 need more. Maybe some cuts of Noita? Including Thor fucking around and finding out with effects chat has bestowed upon him

i played this last year, it was so much fun! im so glad ur enjoying the game. the later stages with crazy ingredients for recipes are fun and challenging. i loved trying to find the perfect minimum combo for recip.

Just wanted to say I ended up buying this game after watching you showcase it for about 30-45 minutes. It’s a fantastic cozy game.
There’s an ever so minor time rush to figure out how to serve the customers, but you’re never going to fail the game because of it.

To rotate a potion you can use either the Moon salts which rotate anti-clockwise and are discovered after completing albedo, or Sun Salts which rotate clockwise after completing citrinitas

Ah yes! One of my favorite alchemy games! I fell in love with alchemy thanks to Skyrim and its crafting system for alchemy but when this came onto Gamepass for a time, I loved it and exploring the possibilities of potion making and how this game went about doing it. Im happy to see you enjoyed your time with it and I hope to see a fellow alchemist continue on their journey!

Love that you have a Starforge sponsorship for the ferrets. I live in Australia and they don't ship here (understandable, like nowhere ships here, we're frustratingly remote,) but I'd be genuinely considering them for my next PC if I didn't live in a remote island (which I love despite basically all youtube sponsors not existing here.) I mean, I built my current PC, but the idea of a place that has self built quality PCs without the effort is appealing. (I'm possibly being biased to being slightly more shilly due to love for the ferrets, but it's hard to assess my own biases accurately. Go ferret!)

I hope this brings them the attention (and money) they need to finish the next update. Every day is $$$ for these small studios and a lack of visibility can kill a good project like this. Genuinely one of the most unique games and probably the best approach to potion crafting in any game ive seen.

As someone who has 100% this game, The beginning of it is the best part, you can tell that the later part of it is grindy and painful. Also, good and bad reputation makes certain potions useless, and there should be a way of trashing a potion besides fumbling an alchemy stone. However, the first part of it is amazing and feels really organic, and note that Thor did not even make it to the end of the first half that I am amazed at.

Thor had the time of is life with this game, man I miss having so much fun with games
such a cool and unique game. It becomes very addicting after a short while and it becomes really fun perfecting your potions cause theres always a way to make every potion with the least amount of ingrediants and those are the ones you wanna save the recipe for and just exploring the alchemy maps is so fun.
Love this game. It's so nice that you loved it too. It's so good, and the developers have promised to make it even better with new mechanics and activities.
