I enjoy the way he plays this game. He uses his Titan as an ally, aiding him and following him while he takes out other infantry with his conventional weapons, rather than just hopping in it and going nuts until it explodes.
on one hand, we do tend to forget Titans have auto-pilot to become companions. But on the other hand...I mean, why wouldn't you want to pilot a cool mecha And I have to imagine that the AI wasn't good enough back then to trust them as reliable partners

The Kentucky Rifle and the Ferguson carbine were both present in the American Revolution (1776-1781) however, you can argue that rifles weren't popularized into formal military units until the early 19th century in the Napoleonic era (1807-1815)
Technically, one the first widely used and successful rifled barrel weapon was used and made in the 1700s during the US Revolution. However the very first rifle was designed by Germans in the end of the 1400s. The Americans designed it to shoot more accurately and at a longer distance than their Musket counterparts used by the British. The rifle was known as the Pennsylvania Rifle, though some may call it the Kentucky or American Rifle. Also, I like how the G2A4 looks like a M14. A mix between the classical and the EBR variant since the EBR (tactical modernized variant) uses a pistol grip while the old one does not.
It's like the M14's great grandson. and still a damn terrifying gun. I've gotten probably more than my fair share of kills with the G2, though at close range I still prefer the hemlock. it makes a kickass medium range rifle though

Titanfall while a good game gets old fast and doesnt have alot of content to keep it alive. PC gamers will move on while console gamers still play only for the lack of other games to play on the xbox
the tragedy is that games need gratuitous amounts of progression and artificial unlocking to give them multiplayer longevity. look at other shooters with dozens upon dozens of unlocks and gadgets that you need to grind for. hell, look at MMO's which are centered around time investment and grinding. i would argue that this is bad just on face value, even if it makes games more 'popular' or live longer.
jTech50 I agree. Look at counter strike no unlocks or progression outside of your own skill. And that game has had a lot longer longevity than titanfall will. adding more maps and guns wont fix the problem. But there is a problem

This weapon was really made great by the mach trigger attachment. The footage in this video might lead some to think that it was full auto, but it’s actually only semi automatic. The mach trigger allows the gun to fire as fast as you can pull the trigger. Unfortunately, this attachment was removed in Titanfall 2.
The g2 was already pretty busted in Titanfall 2 as it was the best gun for Cross Map Camping (TM) because only sniper rifles suffer from bullet drop and non hit scan bullets despite being meant for long range shooting. Also he doesn’t have match grade trigger equipped most of the video
@@beybladesinmyheels1267 you are thinking of the kraber sniper rifle, but the longbow sniper rifle his hitscan with zero bullet drop. The reason the kraber isn’t like that is because it can score a one shot kill anywhere on the body it hits. To keep it somewhat balanced they made it really hard to use.

I like this gun. I didn't read the description fully and was using match trigger for a while and got irritated about how low the mag count was. I forgot it was part of the match trigger, and not the gun itself and took it off immediately. Extended mags is literally the only mod to use. I just wish this gun wasn't a 4 shot kill at range. It's a little underpowered.
This gun is not bad but you have to find a balance between tapping the trigger as fast as you can and maintaining accuracy, or better yet, go for a headshot

Well actually because dev team have a mistake in the lore of weapons because of misunderstanding Instead of measure the cartridge like normal(5.56x45 count only the case of ammo not overall lenght of it or else it would be 5.56x60) Dev team instead measure overall lenght of ammo instead (Which people not include the bullet head because bullet projectile can be varied either bit longer or shorter as long as the case in a right size gun still fire anyway) Which make them sound too long than it should be .30-06 metric dimension is 7.62x63 but with standard bullet projectile include lenght will be up to 7.62x85
The G2 seems to fill a role that isn't needed, much like the Hemlok, which is a shame, as the last thing Titanfall needs is it's weapon pool to be reduced.
It fits a similar role to the FN FAL I real life. A semi automatic rifle able to fire a full sized rifle cartridge as opposed to an intermediate cartridge in order to engage in combat at longer effective ranges..

Connor Breudel feels wrong to be killed by also, because of the fact that it's got sniper rifle range, a pretty consistent 3 shot kill, can do close range work, and on console has a shit ton of aim assist. It's almost as much of a problem as the devotion in my opinion, rest in pieces Kraber

There's some documentation put out on them, descriptions and such, on the G2a4 it's actually possible to read it on the side of the gun "Lastimosa Armory, Chula Vista, G2a4 6.19x97mm LEC".
I know it's a game, but those are very stupid dimensions to give a cartridge. The .50 BMG is only 2 millimeters longer and you need a 30 lb rifle and muzzle break to handle the recoil. Not to mention the barrel erosion you would get from propelling a 6.19mm bullet with that much powder.

The Match trigger now replaces your mag with a 12 round mag (-2 bullets)

Yep, the carbine is a lot better than both, but it's boring to use, whilst the G2A4 is one of the most fun.
