I can’t imagine what you have gone through growing up without one of the most important person in a child’s life It’s been hard but isn’t it amazing that the Father the the Universe chose us to be his sons and daughters You most definitely had God and your Dad watching over you. And still do. Your Dad and then Gods story in your life makes this one of the most wonderful stories I’ve heard.

i don’t usually comment but i want to say this made me cry. it’s a beautiful, but sad story. your dad gave his life so others could live. i know he’s watching over you and is so proud of the women you have become.
The mother simply pointing out a plane excitedly to her son… then commenting “wave hi to daddy!” having NO CLUE or any inclination of the horrors that just occurred.. is terrifying.

Absolutely! I am not American, but for some reason, every year on September 11th, I do feel American in a strange way. I guess, since the events hurt us all in a way. That aside, Kristin sharing her story is really touching and inspiring. Sending much thoughts and love from across the ocean.

i just lost my dad to cancer nov 2022 at 19 years old, right before Christmas, my birthday turning 20 yrs, and new years. i understand the pain, anxiety and all the other emotions. Kcup, you are so strong. i admire you so much. he is your forever hero kcup.

This is a fantastic tribute to your Father, Kristin. I have heard you speak of this before. And I saw Noah's post several days ago. But the way you tell your story is amazing. I can admit that I became emotional watching the story and tribute. Yes, I cried. As a father and grandfather myself and my son being a first responder, Law Enforcement, I have understood there is always the possibility he might not come home sometime. I think that's partially why I can imagine my emotions watching your story.
I found it remarkable, as your video ended, my Bible app popped up over the final image the following verse. I know God knows what we need. This wasn't just coincidence. Prayers for you Kristin and your Mother and Brother.

Lots of hugs to you. Losing your dad at such a young age leaves a void which is very hard to fill. I lost my own dad at age 14. Never expected it, either. Hugs to your mom and your brother, too.
My brother is retired NYPD and he was at Ground Zero. He lost two of his friends there.

K-cup, I feel your loss and pray for you to know your dad looks down upon you from heaven above. He's with you through everything you do in life and will always let you know when you're making the correct decision or not. My prayers go to you and your family as on that day I lost two very close friends. I saw what happened to them as I watched the detestation unfold on the TV while I was at work. Do to the fact you were so young I'm glad you didn't watch it that day or days immediately after. I suffer from PTSD and anytime they show something about that day causes me to shut down and withdraw from everything around me. I will keep your family in prayer as I do the families of 343 other firefighters who perished on that day. May God continue to bless you and your guardian angel watches over you. Doc🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Kristen my daughter and I both cried hearing your story. I’m sorry for what’s you and your family went through. It’s amazing what God can help us through. I lost my dad too, but in a different way. He was someone I admired and loved growing up, he was not only my dad but also my pastor. He taught me about the Lord and encouraged me to have a relationship with Jesus. And then one day he just left my mom and sisters and I. It was the hardest thing I ever went through. But God is so good, and he helped me through it. And he helped you and now you are helping and encouraging others. God bless you! Also I showed my teenage daughter your and Noah’s vlogs, what a great example of love. ❤
