Grew up with them in the 70s and they were always massively underrated. One of my best music memories

Sabbath were heavy for sure, but they weren't this fast, at least not in 73. I'd say they started getting pretty fast by say, 75 with Symptom of the Universe. Heavy, thrashy, stuff. Queen were pretty thrashy in 73 as well. Queen II, anyone? Ogre Battle? The Sweet are also awesome. Sweet F.A is an incredible song. I love all these bands. Not saying one is better. The 70s were an awesome time for rock

i' ve been a fan of budgie since 1975,seen them countless times.
they have influenced a lot of people , including mustaine, metallica and van halen used to cover ' in for the kill' back in the 70's.
probably one of the most underrated bands of all time, but definitely one of the best bands to come out of the uk...

I'm 19 and I love finding obscure rock bands like Budgie. I got to buy some albums by them sometime. Amazon's prices are a tad bit high. I'll try eBay. They had some Bloodrock on Amazon. I got their first two albums new for some $14 together. Pretty sweet!
