    great vid! The part when you stopped working out was one I can relate to. I started March 2023 and had to stop for a month on November due to hip strain, fortunately I got back this December! I went from 54kg to 63kg and really am thankful for myself. I love your content, Keep it up! 💪

    Bro I don't have enough protein diet , no fitness tools like you but have energy , please make a video on how to make muscle in cheapest cost , I love your channel , because you learn new in every video.

    very entertaining video and I hope u persue ur goal of having a more muscular body. If you find some gymbros, they can motivate u to go when times are not as easy and remember, those are just phases (I have them in the winter time but when summer comes around, I am happy and full of pride for chasing my dreams and for me as a person. keep it up 💪

    Second comment but if you find yourself being unmotivated, try to do it not just for the end goal but especially for the achievement of going on days where u would have stayed in your bed. This allows you to be happy everyday instead of 1 time when u achieve that 1 huge goal of ur dream physique and if you do that for a week or 2 you will quickly make it a routine where it isnt: will I do it based on my feelings? but rather: how do I feel WHILE doing it? I did the exact same

      Thanks glad u enjoyed it :) My edits are just trial and error, still in the process of learning! I use davinci resolve for the edits like masking

    I dare no longer to believe the workout videos on RUclips now. Those videos and the workout apps make me indecisive which to follow. Anyway, do you recommend me to go to the gym even though I had some possibilities of herniation.

      Yes there’s tons of information out there and sometimes it’s way too much, best to try out and just see what workout/routine best works for u
