How I Learnt The One Arm Push Up in 60 Days

  • In this video, I learnt the one arm push up by using a workout routine that I did every alternate day. I documented the training process for this skill for 60 days and will be sharing my routine and form to achieve the one arm push up.
    I wanted to learn a fitness skill and since I was flying overseas in 60 days, I decided to challenge myself to learn the one arm push up in those 60 days. With a bit of commitment and a whole lot of effort, my strength improved considerably in a surprising amount of time!
    I also tested my max push ups before and after day 60 to see whether I would gain any endurance improvements.
