Yes, it literally happen to me in 2018 i was on a school trip, and we go to the mall to eat some lunch on mid-day, and i was trying to find my water bottle it "disappeared" for a moment, and when i finished we are going to the bus again, but then i feel something wet on my backpack... MY DARN WATER BOTTLE NOW APPEARS SO WIDE OPEN AND WETS MY DSI CONSOLE!!!! Man, i was so DESPERATE! And i wanted to dry it now, but it was to late, his screen was so blurred, and when i was home i tried to put him in the sun to dry him fast, like my friends tell me to do it later, but he turns off. And i STILL want my DSI back! I'm trying to be patient but... It's been almost 5 YEARS that i lost my console! And i want him back! X'(
Luigi is much more entertaining to save, in my opinion - he has dreams and wishes so it feels like you're rescuing a person. Not that I don't like Princess Peach, I love her to pieces just like all the other Mario characters, but something about him just brings more personality and reward to the rescue! you know?
