Well if you can't sell you could always think about renting it out. That's what we did with our home in California for a steady income here in the Philippines and just suggest using a property management company so they can screen renters and take care of any issues that might arise back in the US for you. It's working out good for us for this past year we've been here now. Just be aware it's going to cost about 7% and depending on your state there might be some taxes that need to be withheld, another 7% here in California. Just another option for you to ponder, good luck!
