Thanks for the video. I have replaced o rings on mine but I still get a jet of water squirting from around the inlet manifold and also out the drain tube into the grounds tray. I noticed the coil springs are very stiff. Difficult to push the piston in and out. Could that be the issue?
Hi, one question: if the coffee is very good, but i see some water leak in the removable drip tray (the biggest, not the red and small one), could be this boiler piston problem? thank you in advance
@@headlightking The yellow piston in my case doesn't seems damaged. I have replaced all the old o'rings with all new o'ring but not with original, i took a replacement kit with all o'rings (15 more or less) on Amazon. looks well, but some water leaks...
Thank you for the video. If you will be able to help. I have problem after cleaning piston. During descale program or just when I want hot water, water comes from steam pipe, which is normal, but I when I opened a door during process, I noticed that water also drip a lot from the bottom of the piston. In every pump interval for hot water or descale program I see water drops from the holes in piston, and it is a lot of water, what after lead to large amount of water collect in the drip tray, overfill, and finally water leak from the bottom of machine. Do you have an idea?
The cause of the leak from the bottom of the piston while using the steam valve may be because there are accumulation of limestone in mushroom valve which is located in the piston. Sometimes after cleaning with descale detergent limestone particles cause these problems they get in the wrong place and prevents mushroom valve from fully closing.
Milen Stoitsev I understand. I will dissasemble it again, and put some silicone grease on it. That should seal those litle cracks. I tought that I overscrew the main bolt (screw) from behind. Thank's for advice. Greetings from Serbia

Yeah, the yellow piston is overfilling with water... I’m investigating as to why. My thought is I have wrong size oring.
