For landscape at low light, a faster lens is preferred for low ISO setting. Dynamic range is effected by ISO. Hope that is understood. Now, you don't even need a dedicated camera for photography, your phone will work too. That depends on who you.

Its almost 100g lighter than before. f2.8 Zoom lenses don‘t come for free.
