Modern terry is going to be insane. Having meterless autos is so damn good, he has crouching medium punch and overhead, that's everything you need. Look at Ed he has meterless auto 1 and 3 and he's the best modern character in the game. Terry is going to be a top tier Modern character,. I got ED to master, I'm close getting Bison to master. I'll be dropping Bison as my second main for Terry, he has more defensive options.

Try blanka too. His #1 and #3 are meter less. He has a lot more mixup options than m-bison. Blanka is better imo.

They look good for the same reason as modern Ed, you can just freely end your combos with heavy auto combo and you don’t need to worry about meter
