    Ingredient.
    3 egg
    60g sugar
    70g cake flour
    15g water
    10g oil
    1 tp vanilla extract

      @@seriousninjanaps1700 to make cake flour at home is simple. Take 1 cup all purpose flour then take out 2 tablespoons and and replace it with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

    The cake is quick and easy to make. I halved the sugar the recipe required and it doesn’t taste to sweet. Texture is soft and fluffy. Amazing rice cooker cake recipe so far.

    The cake is fluffy and good egg flavour.
    You can make delicious cake without oven!

      My rice cooker do not have the steam mode. Can I just press the cook button to bake the cake?

      You forgot one thing
      Before pouring the batter into the pot , you should have poured few drops of oil and spread it around the pot , then put the pot into the rice cooker .

    真的超神奇的~~~
    烤出來的蛋糕鬆軟而且好香的蛋味
    不用烤箱也可以做出好吃的蛋糕!

    Can you add flavor to the cake? For example, hojicha? Should I mix in the hojicha powder as we sift the flour?

      If you have cornstarch on hand you can make a homemade cake flour :)

      You should have chosen to cook it, the warm option is only useful when you have something already hot in the pot and you want to keep it warm for a long period, this option can’t even warm up cold food

      Lin Yuen Tat it depends on your rice cooker. the rice cooker they used is not the same as yours. cooking times will differ.
