I agree with a sentiment I’ve seen online: This debut is how you make a faction feel like a threat, as opposed to new Bloodline. They keep *telling* us that new Bloodline is dangerous, but this debut *showed* us how dangerous this new crew is.
I would love the Wyatt 6 to make overtures to Finn Balor trying to get the Demon to come to their side.
They need to do more with Finn. I want to see him go full Demon. Ruthless, aggressive and 100% Hostile.

Everything about this debut was perfect, man.
I love gimmicks like this. everything the Wyatts did I enjoyed, I'm a 'supernatural' guy and spooky creepy stuff is my jam. I figured Nikii Cross was up to something with her looming in the background in the past months. It is nice to see her as sister Abigail. I can't wait to see what's in store for the 6.

I'm curious as to all the wrestlers who were laid out aside from Gable.
It felt like this angle has the heart of the entire locker room into it. The whole segment felt like the entire roster/company putting in for Bray's memory. The end result is a surreal mix of horror and heart.
What matters the most though - whatever the heck is going on, I am very intrigued.
Simon you're the absolute MVP of Whatculture Wrestling, and your cadence, knowledge and overall positive attitude are a real treat to watch and listen to.
It's especially magnified after hearing the rest of the channel doin their reaction to the Wyatt Sick6. They were taking themselves way too seriously and being so negative about a frankly beautiful, cinematic tale of legacy, passing the torch, and creative storytelling. Your takes and your positive vibes are the only reason I'm subscribed to the channel, and I LOVE your deep dive videos when you post to your personal channel. Keep up the positivity and the great content!

I hope the Wyatt Sick6 are just a force of pure chaos. You aren't going to get people to boo them after cheering for what they did last night. Cheering for them and their actions will probably feel very wrong at times but given their connection to Bray people are going to want to cheer. They should ignore usual face/heel roles and just keep wrecking everything for their own reasons.

People say Alexa bliss is the six member but I really wanted it to be bray Wyatt he would secretly be considered their number six you know that would be badass.
Simon could rant for 3 hours about wrestling and I would enjoy it. Can't wait to see what's next with the Wyatt Sick6 and who's their first victim

If whole factions keep getting leeway to move across brands, then it will keep hurting the credibility and point of having brand splits

Wwe has come along way from the retribution deput and everything learning up to it and after.
This had the vibe of The Strangers or Devil's Rejects instead of spooky ghost stuff, and I'm all for that.
I just really hope they don’t overexpose it. I really would love to see them treat this as a scary faction you are afraid to see peaking into any part of the show. They treated Bray really well as a boogeyman when the Fiend started, this can be that.
Champions? Maybe.. but I don’t think supernatural factions need titles unless it ties in somehow (Trying to punish the wrestlers who face them, holding the title hostage to torment a specific wrestler or group of wrestlers).
The great thing about HHH is that he believes in long term storytelling. I think this is gonna be done the way it should be.

This was the best debut and campaign leading up to it that I have ever seen. Absolutely incredible. The fact they turned it into an ARG was genius. I’m so excited for what’s to come. Loving the HHH era thus far.
Awesome debut, loved every second of it. I would love them to use Code Orange like Bray did for their entrance.
The only thing that I hope they do not do is have them go after championships, that just seems to kind of mess with groups like this. Having them be just like a boogeyman in the back who can wreck house is an amazing thing to me

This was always going to be part of Bray's vision, Bray unfortunately passed away before the story could properly unfold.

I hope WWE doesn't screw this up. And i think it would be cool if they didnt go for titles and instead just weak havoc. Like if they were ever antagonized with a belt Uncle Howdy just gives a small evil chuckle and says something like "what makes you think we care about titles? Thats not why were here" then lights go out, kick back on Wyatt family disappear and just bodies in the ring. Im a metalhead so this is right up my alley lol

The best thing about it in my opinion, it looked like it was straight out of a horror movie. A lot of people talk about Chad. Gable, but if you go back and watch the massacre as it's being called, you could see other wrestlers, they even got gunther

No, he was just wearing a single glove that says “Bray”. And it’s on his right hand, which is the hand that Bray wore his “Hurt” glove on (“Heal” was on his left hand).
It’s symbolism for Bo dealing with his own hurting.

By far the most electrifying wrestling content creator in the world! 🙌🏾 I liked the Wyatt 6 intro, i get people will be sceptical about it but you need to have patience and watch how it plays out. There is no point hating something which hasn't even got going yet.

I think there's a great opportunity for a Punk / McIntyre confrontation on Smackdown, and then you do a repeat of the Wyatt group entrance at the end of the show, but instead of having Gable laying prown backstage, you have CM Punk laid out.

I’m as excited AF for this. In my opinion, and please note, this is just my opinion, Bray’s vision kind of fell off a cliff when he went away from the Firefly Funhouse. I hope we get more of an in-ring narrative with these characters this time around. So glad to have Dexter Lumis and Nikki back.

The segment on Raw was a doorway into the world of the Wyatt Sicks. I see all of them having their own paths but they have the backing off the family. As the original Wyatt family did.
Bo will tell his story just like Cody did and we'll all tune in.
I think we're all thinking too deep into it.
It's just another powerful faction of wrestlers who have creepy supernatural esk power or vibe, in the undertaker/Kane/Bray mould.
I believe in Bo. I've always loved his work. I challenge anyone to watch any Bo segment and say that he isn't Gold.
I can't wait to see a more mature version of Bo and how he'll be able to push under a more serious role.

Sorry to say, but this isn't it. While the original Wyatt Family was something of a new "Army of Darkness" by way of Waylon Mercy/Max Cady, this is a new "Dungeon of Doom" by way of effin' Rob Zombie schlock. I'd be fine if they'd keep that in a separate corner of its own, but having it "take over" the show like that is stupid, unless we won't be seeing any of the "victims" ever again on WWE TV - Which would arguably be even WORSE, as that would involve Gunther and Gable.
The QR code stuff wasn’t for me, however I really enjoyed their debut. It felt like something you’d see at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal which was awesome
I'm with you with the QR thing but QR is done with so much nowadays so it's a good "with the times" gimmick to keep today's fans intrigued.
I honestly don’t understand how anyone wouldn’t like Wyatt Sick6. It’s like taking the thrill and suspension of Kane or Undertaker, the insanity of Mankind, the unpredictability of Boogeyman, and adding a deep psychological spin. I mean we’ve been here before with Bray, and we never got to see things progress or evolve unfortunately… I’m very excited for this and to see where it takes us.
With this TNA/NXT crossover, when are we going to see YOU in NXT? You've wrestled in TNA before. You and Joe Hendry are both Defiant alumni. Joe wrestled there last night. So pulling out the red string and corkboard, that means a Simon Miller NXT debut is imminent

If it's a supernatural act, they really have to pull something special. Even in the creepy genre, we have seen lights off, lights on, and teleportation acts. If that's what it ends up being, then that would be the worst thing to happen to a program that's finally getting some realism and logic.

That is a way to make a fucking entrance. We waited and waited it was worth it. I don't know what they have planned but I had chills. They said it would be a massacre and they sure made it look like it. Everyone was involved from HHH and Chad Gable looked like they were murdered. I want to see where this goes. They are here, and we are not ready. I loved this. I know it's going to get a lot of hate. Hell the IWC and AEW fans are already trying to shit on it. Comments like "This are some Spirit Halloween" level shit. This was a hell of a debut, now the question is can they make it work in the ring. Still, it was exciting and the fact they had so many people involved in the Massacre tells me WWE wants this to work. I know right now Brodie Lee and Bray are proud of what has been done. Drew isn't really quitting the WWE and anyone who thinks so, is utterly insane. We could see him back as soon as Smackdown to cost Punk.
Comments like "spirit halloween" are crazy to me when undertaker and kane even mankind were more along those lines but since it was back then they are exempt.
I think Drew stays gone fore a bit. Give him time off with his family like he wants, gives the "quitting" a little weight, and let's Punk get comfortable in his absence. then when Punk is going for a title, or a #1 contender spot, or something with some significance down the line... Drew shows up out of nowhere to screw him over. This sets them "even" as Drew cost (according to him) Punk his WrestleMania chance and Punk then cost Drew the title at WM. Punk follows with the cost title spot in Scotland and Drew repays with this new costs title spot. Then they finally can have their 1v1 matchup or series of matchups. If HHH is willing they could actually slow play this enough to have said matchup at WM next year. but that requires a ton of patience and Drew being off TV for quite some time to sell the quitting!

One of the mistakes WWE made with Bray was that he did not need belts, his 'winning' was changing people, I hope they have figured this out with this new group.
I loved the wyatt family thing but it is hard as hell to get through a hole raw with all the commercials and just how long it runs

I know it's "way too early" fantasy booking but I would love to see the first few programs revolve around the sins with Chad being the first but not limit it to the heels. Include babyfaces and you could easily run a lot of stories before ever needing to have them in any of the title scenes. You could even save whoever the champions are at the time for the high point of this story as they begin getting taken down one by one depending on the chosen sin that champion is guilty of... Just an idea
There was a theory going around, that i quite enjoy, that since this had kinda an apocalyptic vibe to this return that it was an alternate reality as to show people, people who betray their families like chad gable, carmelo and kaiser, that this will happen to them or something to that effect. It could explain why it felt so surreal and out of tune to just moments before with jey dancing and why chad looked literally dead with a bullet wound on the side of his temple. Just a theory but would like for it to be true
I really need to see the next few weeks before passing judgement. How do they explain Gable next week in the MiTB qualifier. How are these characters going to wrestle and cut promos (Rowan and Gacey could be a nice team)? Will people acknowledge who they are or are we expected to think that they are completely new people, not Nicki Cross, Lumas, ect.

The masks were amazing, the whole mood was amazing, it was just perfect imo
I didn't care about the whole glitching stuff, I was like "yeah Uncle Howdy is coming" and didn't check any qr codes or anything. But the second the lights went out I was hooked
I can't wait for them to show up again.
Only downside of this raw for me was putting Finn in that triple threat. Most of the internet noise I've seen is either wanting Jey or Finn to win the MitB match, not having both in the match is taking away from the excitement of the match...
Also selfishly I wanted Finn to win it and now he's just out of it? It sucks haha

This is pure unadulterated LOVE 💕 for Bray Wyatt. A love ❤️ letter to Bray.
I think they should tone down the supernatural aspect a bit. The best way in my opinion is to say these people let the fiend into their lives and uncle howdy unleashed them into the WWE. They should all have a unique “supernatural” ability where they dont sell the move or have a cheating gimmick like munta’s mist.
Rowan can imitate a hulk up ability. Nikki, can get up and crawl towards her opponent immediately after hard knock down.
Joe Gacy, can do something with gas/smoke. Maybe something like scare crow in the movie batman begins. Dexture can go on psychotic rampages that gets him DQ’ed.
Basically keep the creepy/“supernatural” stuff believable in the ring and limit it outside of the ring outside. Make this group seem like the movie Purge and we might have something here. No ghost/lightning bolts, just a psychotic cult that is on a rampage.

@@bryanwilliams1503 So far it is not supernatural, However the origins are supernatural. This is bray’s legacy and the fiend was depicted as a supernatural unbeatable force. As long as they dont go down that route and just worship the fiend as a “god” then I dont mind. If they go towards themes stemmed from movies like the purge and saw, this will be a huge success. The anarchy aspect from purge, combined with the deadly games/lessons taught by jigsaw from Saw, will be fantastic for this faction.
One day y’all gonna realize this isn’t a Bray Wyatt gimmick in Vince’s WWE. Different talent, different booker and new bosses to oversee. It’s in Bray’s memory and I’m sure his ideas will be heavily involved, but this is a Bo Dallas/HHH gimmick.
