Personally the first couple hours of this was pretty funny and the rest not so much but it ended great with reggie. I reccomend checking out "the commercial omnibus part 1" plenty of laughs in that one.

I asked him what he said to make Tony and crew break into laughter for almost the whole match. It was live on TBS at the time, I'd never seen a commentary grew go into hysterics like they did. He told me it was something about Tony's wife. lol

I didn't see your comment til now. He definitely did answer. There's an episode where Jim says something off camera or on the ring apron and the commentary crew can't stop laughing. It totally threw them off. I asked what it was and he said it was something about Tony's wife. lol. SO yes, I did ask and received a great answer. Then we took a photo together. He then sold me his shirt and told me that I "now had a decent shirt to wear". I was wearing a Misfits shirt at the time. He is amazing to meet.@@vault1021

Jim was built for the podcast business. There isn’t another person on the planet more qualified to be doing this than JC. Makes me laugh every time. His breakfast story about biscuits while watching his tree guy is priceless

I actually forgot the episode this happened and had been looking for it for awhile. I found the Mustang Fence and the Spoiled Mayo stoies easy enough, but couldn't find this. And now, it's not only conveniently here, but IT LEADS! Lovely.

@@stevenvinson7760 I don't use any podcast services. In the case of Jim's podcasts I just wait for them to be uploaded to RUclips. If I want to to listen to them on my phone I again wait for the podcast episode to be uploaded onto RUclips and I then download the video and move it onto my phone.
Flight of the Navigator is such a beautifully, random, telling your age reference, not only is it hilarious, I am going to watch it with my son for the glory of nostalgia. 😂😂

I love that Jim is a walking encyclopedia of wrestling nostalgia and knowledge. I’m glad that I found his RUclips channel years ago. He’s the 1 person that speaks truth and isn’t going to blow smoke up our asses.

Amazing that Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka completely slipped their minds when they were trying to think of wrestlers who have committed murder. I'm almost certain they called back to the segment on a later show to mention the glaring omission.
I was thinking the same thing; Snuka was the _first_ name that popped into my head.

Sadly were in the minority. Most of his views and comments come from gossip and BS like that. The real gems are in his historical knowledge of wrestling.

It’s a shame, because you can tell that Jim MUCH prefers to tell stories of wrestling history and his role in it. He is always so much happier and light hearted whenever he tells those old stories. I wish he had a show that was solely dedicated to retelling those classic stories.
42:00 Jim mentions hitting the ropes flat back with the right hand on the middle ropes. When Jim first pointed this out with Pockets, I have never been able to unsee it since. There are tons of wrestlers who do this, even Takeshita.
