Jericho is slowly turning into Hogan. Before you know it he will be one of the witnesses to Bruiser Brodie’s death.
With Chris Jericho, he has proven this saying: You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become Hulk Hogan.
You robbed that saying from batman the dark Knight....Lame
@@theherogothamneeds1014How is it "robbing a saying" if he point blank says Jericho PROVED THE SAYING? You're either a troll, an idiot, or both. I'm voting on the latter. Lame.
I still thought he was cool but about a month after Punk left AEW he was on Busted Open Radio and he said that AEW is "absolutely" better now than it was a month ago. So he thinks a company is better without a legend because that legend isn't there to hurt his/certain people's feelings anymore. He also said "We know the issues. The issues have been rectified.". So he thinks that the solution to someone or some people having hurt feelings isn't those hurt people fighting back and getting even or just moving on (like men), but to fire one of the people involved. He's disrespectful and a beta..
Hogan is levels above Jericho. Jericho wrote 5 books about himself. Talk about ego.

Jericho: there I was, back stage before Hogan and Andre had their match at Mania 3. I asked Andre if he was gonna put Hogan over and he said “Hmm, we’ll see, Boss.” That’s what was so great about Andre, he knew how to do business. Anyway, sorry for the tangent, where was I? Right! I don't think there has been a single person I have lost more respect for in wrestling excluding actual criminals or murderers.
Totally agree. Hero to zero
Stephen P New is someone I lost alot of respect for too. Hanging out with the Bucks and Olivier will rot your brain and Jericho is prime example of this, however same can be said about CM Punk who was basically 2010's version of Twinkeltoes: An overrated oversensitive egotistocal moron who went on top when the business was at the time historically low.
Only difference is now's Raw gets lower ratings than that era's TNA Impact.
When it comes to Omega: Cornette called it 100%.
When it comes to Punk, Kevin Nash called it 100%.
@Assenayo you could make the exact same claim for CM Punk to Kevin Nash as champion funnily enough.
I'm not personally a punk fan but he = ratings higher than almost any wrestler alive.
The fact the business viewership both decreased overall + ratings being a less pivotal factor isn't proof Punk is overrated or sucks. It means wrestling isn't hot anymore.
Omega also is a draw even if to a lower degree/smaller demographic. The Bucks were as well between 2016-2020, they're cold as freezer burnt meat nowadays
@@Assenayo leaving your assessment of Punk and Omega aside, what does that have to do with losing respect for the lawyer? Lol
@@juicyeboi9006 higher than almost any wrestler alive? Should I remind you that Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Steve Austin and The Rock are all sitll alive?
When Punk was on top he wasn't a needle mover, and I dont see any evidence of that now in WWE, only in AEW (the minor leauges) was he any sort of needle mover. That's like saying Kurt Angle was the highest ratings of any wrestler alive when he was in TNA (and lets not forget, TNA then got bigger ratings than Raw now).
Nash indeed was an absolute failure as a top guy, takes one to know one, doesn't make him wrong. If Punk was any good the downturn would have at least slowed if not turned around, if Punk was really as good as he thought he was, wrestling could have gotten hot off his back, wrestling had by that point been down for almost a decade and now its been over 20 years. Things are turning around but ratings are still a shadow of the Cena years let alone anything resembling anything hot.
And lets not forget Punk was a ratings bump, he didn't make AEW hot, which is the difference between a genuine top tier talent and "a guy with a name".
As for the Bucks, I have to dispute that: I have been watching New Japan when I first heard about New Japan World and Kevin Kelly was commenting (AJ was Champion when I first started watching) and the Bucks were never prominent. They were opening card guys, mainstays of the Junior Heavyweight Tag Team division (I still question something like that warrents a division). They had a short run in the Heavyweight division during their final year at a time the tag team division was built around LIJ (Evil & Sanada) They were over with the American/ROH audience but in Japan they were never a big deal. Kenny became a big deal but the Bucks? No.

Letting the elite aka active wrestlers have a management role was basically always a conflict of interest and recipe for disaster.
They learned nothing of the inmates running the asylum in wcw
All joking aside, it's really sad to watch the downfall of Chris Jericho over the last four years. He was a guy I once considered one of my favorite wrestlers. Despite what he's become in recent years, he's still the guy that originally came from nothing to have an amazing debut on Raw, beat Austin and Rock in one night to become the first undisputed champion, has wrestled in and even main evented numerous Wrestlemanias, and has been involved in some of my favorite matches and feuds of all time. I'll always have a certain amount of respect for what he's accomplished.
But to see him constantly tripping over himself to try to appease Tony and the elite is just embarrassing. He has a family, it's the holidays, he's supposedly this successful and wealthy guy and his first thought at 4 o'clock on Christmas morning is to post a tweet about something that wasn't his business and he didn't need to interject himself into just to look good to his boss, all while calling someone else a mark? The fact that the aew employee handbook has a section on nepotism while having Jericho, moxley and Omega employed is absolute insanity

Moxley came from nothing and bad neighborhoods stop it he’s earned everything
Yeah say what you will about Moxley, but he didn't get to where he is through nepotism.
Not really. The insanity part is Tony making one of the buckaroos wives the head of merchandise, That’s nepotism. Letting Brandon cutlet have a job wrestling on TV just because he grew up with the young bucks, that’s nepotism. Basically if you’re a “top guy” and/or friends with Tony, he will give jobs to your family or friends. It would be one thing if the friends or family were actually qualified but they aren’t. The wife of Matty or Nicky was made the head of selling merch and her only experience was selling their tee shirts from a pop up table at their little Indy shows attended by 100 people. That’s true nepotism and it’s also just one of many reasons the company is a joke that doesn’t have a goal of making money and being real competition to the WWE. The company is a vanity project so the fanboy son of a billionaire can use his daddy’s money to buy life size action figures and pretend to be a real booker, writer, and promoter. Cokey Khan actually made the statements before that fantasy booking on metlzers site back in the day was a good way to “get his reps in and prepare for real tv booking”, he also said that “even though I was only writing for an audience of 3, it really helped me get a feel for if what I was writing for certain characters was getting over with the fans”. WTF are you talking about Tony?! How did fantasy booking with two other nerds on a message board help you “get reps in preparing you for writing real tv”?! How the fuck did you “get a feel for your fans” about your character’s popularity, when you didn’t have any fans?! 😂🤔🧐

I agree wholeheartedly!
"You can't fine me, I'm Chris f**king Jericho. Without me, there is no AEW for you Bryan!" - Chris Jericho
Maybe a "fine" isn't what Jericho needs? Danielson needs to make him go to AA meetings.
The double standards were confirmed during the Elite's entrance at the Chicago Dynamite after Brawl Out. Go to a replay of that episode, and watch the Elite's entrance and also right before and right after it. Suddenly shortly before it the commentator volume became super loud, and during the entrance you could barely hear the crowd and music (so the sound outside of the commentators was muted too), then after the entrance the sound went back to normal. The sound changes were clear as day. Kahn wanted to censor any possible CM Punk chants. During the entrance on tv the crowd just sounded quiet and muffled, but if you watch videos on yt of it posted by people who were there live, during some of it there were pretty dang loud CM Punk chants. So Kahn censored them and tried to make it seem like the fans weren't behind Punk or weren't as behind him as they actually were. Basically he tried to manipulate the narrative against Punk
I commented that those chants were muted on a wrestlinginc article 3 separate times, but my comment got banned all 3 times, and also I commented that on a video on AEW's yt page and my comment got filtered out. I think on the AEW video that was yt's automatic censoring algoritim that did that though not AEW, because I tried multiple times deleting the comment and re-phrasing it and commenting that and my comments kept getting filtered out right after, after about the same amount of time each time, as if an algorthim was doing it, but on wrestling inc it was definitely a site admin and not an algorithim because the time it took for my comment to get deleted each of the 3 times was different. So if anyone else noticed the chants getting censored and commented about it on wrestlinginc, they probably deleted their comments too

Whelp. Now we can add alleged rapist to the list of the ChrisJericho madness. I don’t think I’ve never seen a career go down the toilet this fast at least in the last few years.
Jim's AEW rendition of Kung Fu fighting is GOLD!
lucy was kung fu fightinggggg
It’s gold, Jerry! Gold!
Jericho calling Stephen P. New a “bully” is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen! 😂
Well the P is short for PLeftHook. It's a silent P. Except when you shorten it.
Watching him on that podcast, I would call him a n arse licker.
I attended a WWF house show at the Mississippi Coast Colliseum in 2001. Behind a curtain on the right side of the entrance way was Chris Jericho and Bradshaw having beers and watching the show. I waved to them and they walked away followed by a security guy telling me to move on. RVD was very nice. So over 22 years ago I learned all I needed to know about Chris Jericho.
The next Chris Jericho video is gonna be lit
It's a sad to see what has become of Chris Jericho since the existence of AEW, a.k.a. "that company that saved pro wrestling."
I still can't believe people say that shit. AEW pretty much gutted the indies with all their random ass hires and will leave a FAR more barren landscape than they found.
What saved wrestling was the WWE sale to Endeavor and Vince's final, forced removal from creative.
Can’t wait for when Jericho leaves AEW and suddenly he’ll say he always knew it was all a mistake and no one listened to his brilliance.
😂😂
@@jesuszamora6949 to be fair, nothing AEW can do to the wrestling business, can hold a candle to the massacre Vince McMahon Jr. inflicted on the old territory system, when he went national in the early 1980s.
Vince went national in 1984 dude.
The fact that Punk hired a personal injury attorney from West Virginia, and not an high powered entertainment lawyer like he did for WWE, shows how seriously he takes AEW.
@@chuckles9767 He'll sue their ass!!
Put some respect on Stephen P. New.
At 16:20 you can tell Brian is hinting at the stuff that’s come out today about Kylie Rae and how that’s just the tip of the iceberg
I’m sure it came out ages ago during speaking out that it was Jericho who Kylie Rae was talking about, seems like one of AEWs worst kept secrets that people seem to forget about
What did he do? Try to get laid as a man?😮😮😮
@@Random_ideita married man. Making creepy passes at a woman young enough to be his daughter. Possibly inebriated while doing so. Totally normal behavior.
I would like to have this entered into the record, and remind Mr. Cornett and Mr. Last that Mr. Jericho did indeed have the ability to see through walls, because, as Mr. Jericho has publicly proclaimed many times, and I quote “I’M A Wizard!”.
The worst part of their shows is also the worst part of their social media presence. Jericho is without a doubt a detriment to AEW in every way.
So is Tony Khan 😂
He's the real cancer of AEW
Kenny is the intestinal infection and the Bucks are the venereal warts.
And I’ve got Deep Sea Diverticulitis, shouldn’t have made fun of it like Kenny did.
Our guy Stephen P New is more over than 99% of AEW's roster 💯 it's sad how these people can't enjoy Christmas. It's not our fault Chris Jericho is miserable old man going through mid life crisis
AEW as a whole can't be happy because they fumbled the CM Punk ball and the WWE picked it up and scored big time.
HHH is gonna run up to midfield and take a dump on the AEW logo if this rout gets more ridiculous.
@@jesuszamora6949lets hope so 😂. Hes already metaphorically had cm punk knock aew out cold, before walking up to the body, giving it a crotch chop and shitting in its mouth 😂
BiG TIME BRO THEY FUCKED UP@@OceanbornAngel
@@jesuszamora6949 I think at this point HHH is about to get ejected from the game because he's so far ahead he's pulling TO/Randy Moss moves.🤣
27:33 Brian hints at the current allegations against Jericho. Damn. They foreshadowed it 3 days before the reports came out.
Oh damn
When Jim and Brian say "We'll be taking time unless someone does something stupid" Tony Khan probably breaks out in a cold sweat.
The fact that it had nothing to do with Jericho and he somehow made a fool out of himself injecting himself into it is hilarious
I once told my daughter when she was 3 about something that happened when I was 6 she told me she remembered. Jericho is reaching these levels of silly.
Idk who needs to have their social media access taken away more, Jericho or TK. They both continue to embarrass themselves
@chico1680 One is drunk. The other is on cocaine!
What happened? What did y2j see or not see??
He accidentally revealed he might see everything and never signed to any NDA which Tony would thank him for that if Stephen use it to throw Punk and Ace NDA out
This is the Christmas gift we've been waiting for
Thats the gift that keeps on giving Clark. 😂

@@OmegaRedFan I’ll get right on that. 😂
Are we sure that Hulk Hogan didn't hack Chris Jericho's Twitter account?
The laughter between these two when they refer to Jericho as a “musician” made my week and it’s only 5 minutes in
This is like finding an extra present under the tree a few days later.... thanks, guys. Great!
Thanks guys
I feared for my life when I read this. I don't know why. I'm tripping, I need to get off the coke
This was the best comment ever, it was great.

It's like getting a package in the mail that you've been expecting! I've officially gotten a second Christmas.
18:10 "He watches most of the women very closely" DAMN!!
Jericho is two steps away from joining the Hulkster in Scientology.
Brian: “A renowned wrestler…and musician…HAHAHAHAHAHAHA”
That was Gold🤣🤣🤣🤣
Let's be real, Jericho was up all night with TK looking at Twitter doing lines of coke and they both wrote that shit. Lmfao
Oh Tony ain't up all night doing coke. He's up doing pharmaceuticals being a massive cringe lord with his "friends" . 😂
@@mclovin6039clapping and stomping his feet uncontrollably
Naw, Tony's on adderall. He's too much of a dork for cocaine.
Like a shoot shit version of the Vince film script scene where Hogan and Vince smashed in ten bags of tackle and wrote no holds barred
@@jesuszamora6949 I know plenty of dorks that do cocaine
Who's waiting for the next episode on Jericho
Why the hell is Chris Jericho getting drunk on Christmas morning talking about some shit that happened a long time ago instead of spending it with his family? Dude’s drinking himself stupid, then is going to pass out at 6am and miss the whole day.
The Brazillian taint hook is the most lethal submission in grappling history.
It made the GOAT Kenny tap in no time
It’s even more deadly than the three handled moss covered family gradunza.
But is it more potent than the "Fingerpoke of DOOM?"
@@zlinedavidcrendenza?
Larry the dog doesn’t have an NDA but not the only dog in the room. 😂😂💀
Jericho probably was drinking woo energy and eggnog
Never knew I needed to hear Jim sing his own version of kung fu fighting 😂
All joking aside, the fact that the Bucks and Omega are still EVPs after confronting a contracted talent the way that they did as well as the fact that we all know absolutely nothing will happen to Jericho as far as discipline goes just shows how completely incompetent Tony Khan and AEW really is. Like Brian Last always says “what a shit-show.”
Imagine claiming you were in the room when there's actual video of you being informed that there's an altercation out the back while you're at a press conference.
That’s what I thought. Jericho was at the press table when it happend.
No he wasn’t, Tony was. Jericho came out to tell Tony.
@@roboturnerexactly it's amazing how many people gets this wrong I have no idea what Jericho saw but it happened before his media scrum like you said
