Almost never leave a comment, and only listened by accident as it came up on autoplay after something else but so so pleased to have had the benefit. Not somebody who would naturally gravitate to the output of either of these chaps (but will make the effort now) but this chat should be essential listening for anybody from a working-class background with aspirations in any kind of creative endeavor. The genuine honesty and portrayal of not only what is required but also the potential/actual price to be paid as well has blown me away. Well done to all concerned. Highly recommend.

Without naming anyone. Someone close to me says Noel is an absolute gentleman and was very shocked to hear those allegations, and said that wasn't there experience of him.

That was one hell of a watch. Some of the others podcasts you play in back ground and play ear worm. This one stops you dead on your tracks and makes you take notice.

Noel clarke is starting to become one of my inspirations that ive only found out more about the past few years. I remember a friend from school passing this DVD to me called "kidulthood" and i was like "Umm alright, lets give it a go." I always thought this wont be a massive hit, and boy was i wrong. Same with adulthood, then i see him again in Bulletproof! Man, loved the guy even more. Seen every single one, and i wish it was still going because i believe that was his throne in my opinion. And its shame when dark people cloud your light for being who you are. But hes pushed his way out of it, stronger and better than ever. Thank you Terry and the team for this awesome interview. Liked and Favourited.
The podfathers laugh is infectious. That's what i loved about in him the Foot soldier films.
I saw Noel in Montego Bay airport while we were both waiting to get a flight back from Jamaica at the start of the covid lock down.
Yet another great interview Podfather and well done to Noel for not laying down when told you cant do this or that.

Noel Clarke is a legend aswell as you hope when he comes back again he becomes bigger then what he was already the bloke has raw talent and I thank you for bringing him on, gutted that shows like bulletproof and others he was in ended because of horrible lies jealously doesn’t get you anywhere in life but it ruins the life’s of someone that is trying to make a name for himself thanks again

I too hope he comes back a million times stronger and proves to everyone (not that he has to I know) that he is a good guy that was sorely wronged. When all this came out I went and bought all 3 of Bulletproof on DVD, so F**k you Sky I can pop it into my DVD player and don’t need you to rely on to stream it. I absolutely LOVE Bulletproof. I do believe things will get better for him, he deserves it, no one deserves to have their lives ruined like they did to him. One thing is SO TRUE- people (actors or not) are not your friends.

I’m glad you both brought up 4.3.2.1, if that movie come out today it’d be absolutely everywhere and would be a total critical and financial 180 from what it was when it come out. Noel was ahead of the curb with that one by about 10 years.

Noel is such a great guy. They were out to get him when there was no evidence. The media are so to blame for this. He is completely innocent but once they cancel you the fight back is immense. JAHANNAH JAMES did want to be an actress , until she accused Noel Clarke of sexually inappropriate behaviour , the police in the uk found her claims to be unfounded, Clarke uncharged now suing the news paper who made the claims , and James has disappeared from acting now representing alternative theory's in archaeology .
She has ove 1.5 million followers.

I cant believe that Bafta and the industry are able to act on propaganda and the hear say, when the Metropolitan police stated that there wasn't even enough evidence to warrent a Investigation!
