Oatmeal Cake Recipe
2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats)
3 scoops protein powder ( 1 1/2 servings)
2 tbsp baking powder
3 heaping spoonfuls of ground flax meal
Cinnamon to taste
Handful of walnuts, chopped
Handful of chocolate chips (you can use fruit instead of you prefer)
2-3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 1/2 to 4 cups of almond milk (the batter should be pretty thin consistency)
1/4 cup of maple syrup (I’ve been using a sugar free version and it’s great still!)
Mix all together! You don’t even have to do wet ingredients or dry ingredients first! Pour batter into two 8x8” pans.
Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 45 minutes! Enjoy!
It’s delicious warm but also great cold!

I totally need to do this!! I’m so so sorry!!! We have it out and truth is we still haven’t used it! Definitely need to!! Still love our Fotile oven/air fryer but definitely need to put this new indoor grill to the test! Will keep you posted for sure!

Oh!!! And I love that you noticed my hair!! I chopped like 8 inches off of it! 😂😂😂😂 it was time! Technically I think by “hair definition” it’s still long but it feels soooooo much better and short to me! 😂😊
