  • I quit social media (and became addicted to RUclips 😅). But really, I quit Instagram for a month and it changed my life perspective on the effects of social media. Social media addiction can be a real problem in the modern age, so a social media detox is something I think everyone should try. If you've ever wondered, "should I quit social media?" then this video is for you! Even if you don't delete Instagram, I hope you enjoy today's chat about the realizations I came to when I took a step back from social media to really think... what is the point? Why do we use social media? What could you gain if you quit Instagram? What could you accomplish if you stopped spending time scrolling on social media?     I had quit all social media (except RUclips and Facebook which I don't really use, unless i need to buy something in market place, since almost a year. That was the best thing i could do since i was procrastinating a lot. And i realized I don't really need it. Specially TikTok, i don't miss it either.

      tiktok is horrible, its just mind-numbing. you'd open it and before you realized its been 1 hour and you have done NOTHING. Also it affects your attention span.

    Nice content, social media is useless until you don't take benefit for your good , we waste lot's of time on social media, i also start focusing what i sm watching and it's useful for me or not , keet up ❤

    I used to use twitter and tiktok and i found that i was wasting too much time on there and it was affecting my mood. Id be angry or sad at things i saw in twitter and tiktok is just mind-numbing. I quit both and my life has been so much better. I only keep a facebook account for family and youtube for enternainment.
    Another thing i quit was coffee, i now drink tea and feel MUCH better.
