  • I like my Tibetan wolves except when you take their muzzles off. When you take off the muzzles, they have a visible snarl albeit some might say it is a comical smile. Whether it is a snarl or smile, I do not like to display the wolf without a muzzle. That's not very realistic though albeit it is cute especially when the Tibetan wolves have not only muzzles but saddles and other items on them.
I thought I would take a chance on a Steppe wolf from Mr. Z. I kind of suspect they are the same company under different names or they copy each other with a passion. For example, the wolf saddle on the JXK is identical to the Hannover horse saddle on the Mr. Z horse but much smaller.
Anyway, here is the dark brown Mr. Z Steppe wolf. Whether you like the Steppe wolf and the Tibetan wolf or not, they are apparently to scale in terms of relative size.
We will show you the Steppe wolf in comparison to 1/6 scale humans so you can get a feel regarding how it looks next to humans. We will re-show the Tibetan wolf next to humans as well.
Hold tight after that episode because I have a surprise for you. I have kitbashed Yennefer. I did the best I could with what I had. I will show you Yennefer after the human to wolf comparisons, and in the next episode after Yennefer, we will show you Yennefer next to Geralt of Rivia (AKA the Witcher) with his white wolf. I added a white wolf for him because he is known as the white wolf.

I think this wolf by Mr.Z looks alot better than the other one. Its a bit bigger which I think is good, because wolves are large animals.

At first I thought the Mr. Z wolf looked way too big, but in checking the dimensions of these two wolves, they both appeared to be at scale in proportion to 1/6 scale. I was amazed because when you put it next to a 1/6 scale human figure it doesn't seem right, but it truly is right. I am sure if I ran across one in real life, I would freak out. LOL

@@UndergroundActionFigures Yeah, I think I would have to change my boxers if I ever was to come face to face with a wolf LOL.

Wow. Actually, that would be a nice combination. I have paired a white one with the Witcher because he, of course, is the white wolf. :-) You are very welcome and have a great day!!!

Very nice I have seen these before thank you! Do you know of any 1:6 scale articulated or furred wolves?

THANK you!!! No sadly I do not, but I wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Z and JXK studios venture into this area. They can smell profit I am sure. :-) Right now the only articulated animals I know of are the old Johnny West horses, but they didn't look that good. Oh, I forgot. Mr. Z and JXK do make some dogs that have magnets in the head to attach to the body so you can twist the head in different directions. That's all I have seen so far. :-( Please have a great day and stay healthy!!! :-)
