I use to be in the union by far one of the worst experiences ever! I was in it for two years! Never taught me crap! Going to class teacher never helped me or really took the time! Union is crap!
@@stevenwilliams1423 they never help me out with anything! Showing up everyday! Guys would always argue who gets to do this and that! They never need help! I be standing there doing nothing! Getting phone calls 8 or 9 at night about complains! I barely wasn’t even making enough! I’m doing well now! Much happier place than I was before!

Wow, that's pretty sad. I have 33 years in the trade and it's been the best experience for me and my family.
