Don't be so quick to throw away your banana peel. Using a thin knife, cut long, long strips. Carefully lay the strips on a newspaper and leave them in the sun for two hours. After this, cover with gauze, put in a cool, dark place and leave there for three to four days. Place the dried strips together and grind through a meat grinder. Then grind in a mortar until a fine powder forms. In this form, the casing does not take up much space in your trash can. 🤡(кто узнал пасту, тот молодец)

TRY THIS: I brew my banana (and other fruit peels/ pith) w tea leaves + roots like ginger and turmeric, in my tea carafe. After the 3-4 days of drinking down the tea, the tea soaked peels get chopped up and sautéed w mushrooms and onions. Maximize the health value of the harder to eat parts of fruits n veggies. It’s those parts that are typically the most nutritious.

Depends what type of plant it is. If it provides yummy fruits it gets the juice❤
