out off all the plastics regina has the longest verse, then Gretchen and karen having the shortest
i may be overthinking it but it could be because regina is the “queen” out of all of them, so she has the longest and everyone “loves” her because they just want to hear her
Gretchen’s verse is shorter then regina’s but longer then karen’s. this basically means that Gretchen is seen more then karen, but it just regina’s little servant, she doesn’t even say her name during her verse at all and just focuses on regina!
Karen’s has the shortest verse as in my opinion is the “nicest” plastic and even throughout the movie she was never given that much attention, regina even called her stupid.

The thing I liked the most is that Gretchen bombards you with with lyrics while Regina is singing slowly and menacingly.
This could mean that Gretchen is just a distraction, while Regina does her thing to ruin/manipulate you.
This could also mean that Gretchen is covering up holes for secrets or insecurities (She is singing over the empty spaces of Regina's singing) take note that when she broke down she knew and said all Regina's secrets.
