thank you for this video ^^ i love the ide of going to Lightning Ridge. it has always been a Dream for me. i live in sweden. so it is far away from me :P but me and my father will go there someday and your video made my hunger for Lightning Ridge grow even more ^^ so thank you ^^
The Truth is In Here I believe Lightening Ridge has been fairly well mined out, they are finding more opals around Grawin and if you are going to buy an opal it is cheaper to get it out there now.
I would like to come visit and stay a week. Possibly meet some miners and get some nice opals at a good price before too many hands have changed. Is this possible ? are there hotels ? car rental places ? will miners deal to outlanders with hard cash ?
