while i was/we were still trying to recover from "looking in" and a triumphant version of "#beautiful", MC brought us through one of the most stirring and powerful versions of "hero" that i've heard in some time. a legendary singer delivering a timeless classic to lift the hearts and minds of all within ear's distance that summer night on the great lawn in central park.
