Hey there! Yes, we should be restocking later this month! Keep tuned, I'll try to put out an update on this channel as well as our other channels so everyone will know.
We actually have one last one that wasn't accounted for. It's been updated on our site now. First come first serve as usual since we aren't able to hold stock. Good luck! We will be restocking more Black X-POD II in Feb. So if you miss out on this one, we will be getting more soon.
Nice video with the comparisons between v1 and 2. Currently looking into purchasing one to be used as a quick access pouch during commute/airport transit and to have access to items for my 1yr old toddler. Have heard / read comments about the clip being a nuisance in the middle, what are your thoughts on that? Cheers, Manuel
Hey, Thanks for watching! If you're referring to the clip connecting the shoulder strap, I actually really enjoy having it. Being able to unclip with one hand or even just unclipping with two hand and putting it down fast has been helpful when dealing with a crying baby or having to change diapers. And the fact that the sling can expand is also pretty awesome. Let me know if this answers your question, if not, feel free to keep asking away!
If you're referring to the folding of the compression straps and the dock that holds them, they have them on both sides. You just fold the straps in a rolling manner and then slide the outer most side into the slot to hold the strap. As I write this, I realize how difficult it is to explain haha.
Hi. Currently, I have the X-Pak Evo in Pitch Black and I’m also interested in getting the X-Pod II. I’m just concerned if they will look exactly alike (aside from their sizes) or are there still differences among the two? Any advice if I should get the black one or the desert gold? Thanks in advance! 😊
Hey! The Desert gold is out of stock for the foreseeable future. Regards to the X-Pod II vs the X-Pak, they follow the same design style so they will have a similar look but they have completely separate functions! If you want a different looking bag, perhaps a different sling is a better choice. If you like the expansion and other features of the bag, then grab the X-Pod II.
Hi, I have a question! I live in a rainy environment, and the reason I didn't buy the first X-Pod is because the panel against your body wasn't weatherproof (only the front X-Pac part was weatherproof). Have they fixed this issue and weatherproofed the new cordura material on the back panel now, with some PU or something?
The X-Pac material for the X-POD II extends to cover the back. If we're talking about the cushion that sits against your back, that also acts as the slot where the luggage passthrough goes through/straps slide through, it isn't made of the same material. Though I imagine for it to stay comfortable and breathable, it would need to have that cushion as the current material rather than the X-Pac. If we're talking about the backpanel of the X-POD II itself, it is X-Pac and will keep your interior items safe from rain, no problem.
Hey! Unfortunately, they are sold out. We don't even have our review copy as we gave that away during a giveaway. We do have the black one with the new Camo Liner available though!
any way u can tell me what the dimensions of the pocket 2nd closest to your body is on the xpod2? not the "secret" one but the middle one with organization inside. specifically looking to put something that is 10.5in wide by 4.3in tall in that compartment (if i can ever get my hands on an xpod2)
Hey Phi, sorry for the late response. I want to say it should fit, but it depends a lot on what the depth is. Our sample is not available now as it's been sent back to COFB.
@@urbancred that's funny that you just replied today, the day that i got my xpod2 lol - sad to say the device i want to fit in the center zip does not fit but it does fit almost perfectly in the main compartment
@@phee303 Yes! I meant for the main compartment...was that not the compartment we were talking about? This can get confusing talking about it on the internet. Either way, since you have it in hand, I hope you enjoy using it! It's such a unique and great looking bag.
@@deewangsta yeah, i meant the organizational pocket, definitely can be some miscommunication with this bag lol yeah, i totally love it - i think moving my device to the main is the better option
Thank you for the review. Do you know when the v2 was released?
I don't remember the exact date and don't want to mislead with any misinformation. Sorry!
Great content. I didn't get chance to use the OG X-Pod. Instant sub!
Thanks for the sub. I really appreciate it!
@@urbancred you're more than welcome fella. Love your style. I'll be binging your content later 🤙
Thanks for the explanation, any ideas when there will be a restock?

good explanation. thx.
can u please elaborate of the "folding" the strap path-through. is it both ways? is it wide enough?
