Don't get me wrong, everyone love my gravy, but I never actually pulled it off without that brown liquid in a bottle. A great great great tutorial! Hey Charlie, I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks, lol. The cooking of the necks in my slow cooker and the fact that I make the best roux as told to me by many others, made this my go to recipe for turkey necks! My wife and the neighbors gave it two thumbs up! I would love doing what you’re doing and make some cooking videos, keep it up! Thanks brother!

Hey Chawly!! I LOVE that you grate the egg! I do that when I make egg salad, but I chop the egg when I make potato salad. (even tho' I can no longer eat egg white, cause I've developed an allergy to it 😣) I thought me and my gramma were the only ones who grated eggs, lol. She's from Louisiana, too...so maybe it's a LA thing? Lol. I wish I could ask her, but she passed in 2004. I miss her dearly, and a LOT of your recipes remind me of hers. THAT'S why you hear from me almost every week, lol. I'm taste-testing! So far, so good! 😁😁😁

Hello Juanita! I no longer grate my eggs but it was fun while it lasted. lol That was just something I came up with. Happy to hear that my recipes remind you of your Grandmothers recipes. Thank you so much for the compliments!
