TURKEY NECKS WITH WHITE POTATOES (IN THE INSTANT POT)

Ingredients;
5 - 10 Turkey Necks
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
2 Large White Potatoes
Seasonings of Choice
2 - 4 Cup of Water
1 Tbsp of Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
For Flour Slurry
2 Tbsp of Flour
3 Tbsp of Water
Directions
1. Wash and clean turkey necks well.
2. Add turkey necks to the instant pot and add seasonings.
3. Add potatoes, onions and bell peppers.
4. Add enough water to come to the top but do not pass the MAX line.
5. Add kitchen bouquet if desired.
6. Add top and turn closed into lock position.
7. Set on Meat setting for 90 minutes with a high pressure.
8. Once done, add a flour slurry if desired and let cook uncovered on the Sauté setting for an additional 10 - 15 minutes.
9. Once done, serve with rice or cornbread. Enjoy!
