Baked Eggplant pizza recipe or Aubergine pizza
Ingredients:
4 Eggplants or aubergines
Pinch of Sea Salt
Olive oil
100g. mozzarella cheese
A handful of pitted olives
Dried Oregano
Basil leaves
For tomato sauce:
400g. canned tomatoes
1 Garlic clove, minced
Olive oil
Pinch of Sea Salt and Black pepper
Half Teaspoon Sugar
