So funny to see all the comments. These videos were filmed over a year ago. You can see them on my Patreon For everyone who said I was doing everything wrong. It passed the next test no problem no rust showing whatsoever
And yes, I know this was going to happen. With the paint I explained it in the video lots of times It's going to be funny to see other people's comments on why this happened. Even though I explained it in the video and what I did wrong. Some people just do not get it and they fall into the trap so easy😂😂😂😂😂😂

I'm sure you moved on since then and improved and learned lot more may be you even changed and stopped doing the bodywork so really apart from the welding bit👍 I better look up more recent videos for spraying and body preparation...🤷♂️
RUclipsrs usually have days or a week between video release to patrons only and general public 🤔 😮 but in your case it's years😅 after they become useless obsolete 👌👍😉

Old fashioned zinc primer is good then the rust rusts into the paint instead of bubbling the paint off
Do you heat the aerosol in hot water... i always do
Smooth right and shutz mixed helps stopping under seal peele becomes more like tar and lasts for years

You have repaired the van the same way i done mine i left mine in the white stonechip didn't bother me it was a different color than the rest of the van i was told i was wrong doing the joints the same as you have i dont give a dam though
One problem with the white stone chip is it can let rust through

Common mistake with stone chip as spray paint has a thinners that can reactivate the stone chip less haste more speed

Waxoyle - biggest tip i can give you - 'cause in the winter you are going to fail to do a good job.
1. Dont use the shultz gun for it - does not work ..youll be pissed
2. The sealey gun works well (the £100 jobby) ..but only in high summer with the waxoil heated up...even then, the air stream causes the waxoyl to solifdify on contact with the panel and NOTrun freeley into seems etc
3. The tip is ..and this is a good one ......attatch airline to a coiled up 10mm copper tube, 10 feet or so long ..imerced in a five gallon drum of boiling hot water . and heat the waxolye up in a bucket. before you tranfer it to the gun.
4. shulz ..bitumastic tar based product (waste product from the oil refinery business) ..not very good, takes, a week to cure ...and then dries and cracks and flakes a couple of years later ..should have used Upol stone chip .
When you watch the other videos in this series you will see. I have been talking about waxoyle All the time. And I will be doing videos on this as well

Why would you really wait a year to then upload a video? Doesnt make sense!
Why doesn't it make sense it means i've got a big backlog of videos And also my patrons get them first I dont see the problem with that And then also when I get stupid comments. People saying I have done things wrong. I can prove that things still work years later I have close to 120 videos. I have not released on youtube yet
95% of my videos. I upload on RUclips or at least a year old.
