Thank you Marina, i really enjoy your words of wisdom I myself is dealing with melanoma, i never sun nathed and the mole wss on my lower back. The cancer went to my lymph nodes in mu one armpit. I'm now taking chemo.. i must say dealing with cancer has made me enjoy the simple things in life. "One foot in front of the other"
Well, missed another live but always catching the replay!! I'd like to comment on how difficult it is to hear through all the podcasts I listen to what I should be eating, and what I shouldn't eat. I also enjoy a glass of wine before dinner, but I feel quilty to do that too. I feel I do well with eating, lots of veggies, fruit, organic when I can, not a lot of red meat, and weight training. I am not perfect but I do my best but I am always hoping it is enough.
Hi! I love seeing your comments! Agreed. The nutrition information can be overwhelming. I take tips and apply it to what works for me. My bottom line with food lately is the less processed the better! Whole foods and organic when possible.
I think stress can effect the immune system which is not able to fight off cancer as well. It’s not directly related but unresolved stress and sadness is not healthy.
Marina, I'm still sore/fullness after 7 months of radiation, never felt that way after Lumpectomy, discussed with MD, said these symptoms sometimes goes up to 1 year🤷🏾♀️ In my opinion RADIATION was the worst part of my journey🙏🏾
I have some oncologists that walk the line of potentially being dismissive and fear mongering. It would be hard to treat patients and see them suffer, and some die. I get that, but I also understand how that behavior impacts me as a patient. I’m in the process of deciding to remove one from my team to help improve my health. I’m not in active treatment., finished chemo 2021. Not everyone is a good fit for your care.
Yes. I hope doctors continue to learn how to talk to patients. It’s important to be informative but not so cold. And in the end, it’s our decision on what doctors we go or stay with.
Hi! I personally don’t think God makes us sick. We live in a world of choices because God loves us. I pray everyone can have access to better food, water and finding their purpose.

Would love to see your training videos here! 🙂🧡💪
Ok yes! What format do you like; shorts, lives, long form video or doesn’t matter?
Hope your finger is better. Having Radiation soon. Walked away from a clinical trial as side affects seemed too severe. Cheers Doro
Cheers to you, Dorothy! Thank you for your comments!
do you think stress and sadness can cause cancer?

I wish I could figure out when your lives are. It seems like I run into them after the fact. Perhaps I need to access your website!
Yes! I post a schedule on my channel at the beginning of the month. You can find it under my “community” tab on my page.

Anything you did to get Radiation out of your body after treatment. DORO
I love this question. Nothing in particular, besides continuing to drink a lot of water, move my body aka sweat and get outside.
i cannot pray anymore. why would God make us ill to start with? I cannot find any answer 😢

Could be gaslighting. Ask a lot of questions. D
Agree. Ask a lot of questions.
