Barbers have to be my favorite coins to stack, especially the quarters and halves. I try to buy nice problem free common dates in G/VG condition. Even with wear on them, they just have a great look to me.
@@andrewhart6200 I just got back from my LCS a while ago, I picked up a dozen nice problem free G/VG Barber halves, mostly S-mints. My dealer has two big double row boxes of Barber halves, mostly common dates and the lower grades, just what I like to buy, lol.
Barbers are hard to find in VF-XF shape. I have noticed typically at an LCS that all their barbers are very circulated with a couple of VGs and maybe one or 2 in fine.
Yep, they will always be worth more than melt value. I like the quarters and half dollars in G/VG as long as they don't have any problems with them, just honest wear.
These are awesome videos. Can you make some more of these kind of videos and telling us what key dates that we should keep an eye out for 👀 please??? With other videos of key date silver dimes quarters and half dollars to look out for some people do make these kind of videos but they aren’t that good and they never guesstimate the value of the key dates and the semi key dates in there condition I don’t know why they don’t tell us what the value of the coin is even if it’s in a crappy G-4 condition it’s literally one of the reasons why we watch the videos. To learn about what key dates and semi-key dates to look for and what they might be worth. Keep making awesome videos seeker!
Love the older stuff
Nice video. That roll would fill about 7 spots in my album. Barbers would have to be my favorite design.
Where can I get a list of all key and semi key dates for all barber denomanations
Love the Barber coins had quite a few at one time but had to sell my whole collection a couple years ago but I'm on my way to getting more !!
I love the barber design, i never there was a half and a quarter barber. i only knew about the dime. cool finds!
Nice funds. You did well. Thanks for sharing.
The beggining of this video is exactly why I trade older stuff to people in exchange for newer stuff.
Awesome Barber half dollar hunt
Awesome hunt threw roll of barber quarters! I’ve been collecting the dates lately. Thanks for sharing
I wish that you'd do some stuff with Barber coins to get some popularity added in the community...best series imo!
Barber coins aren't that popular because they all look similar

Crazy! I was not aware of how much silver content is actually lost due to wear and culling

Thank you for making a video on constitutional silver. Love me some of it. I just picked up a 1932 P,D,S for under $200. Low mintage on the D,S.
Great video! Picked up a lot of tips! Just started hunting on my channel

I have an 1892 with no letter, what’s it worth?
Shame that there were no 19th century ones.
i bought my first barber quarter today and my first half dime it was 1898 and the half dime was worn to much to see a date lol
I have a barber quarter 1900 how much you bay?
Even though I always see a dude on the Barber design it is still preferable to just dead presidents as a design.
It's a woman, it's supposed to be Liberty
@@babyinuyasha Yes, I know it is supposed to be Lady Liberty but it still looks like a dude...ok, a handsome woman?
@@wandlbaker idk what you're seeing
I have a 1911 silver barber coin in great condition is it worth anything.
1911 is a common date. It would have to be in really nice shape to be worth anything significant.
I've got a 1894s and a 1907s
Neat!!
